I was very impressed with Alec. I needed our front door fixed because it had expanded from weather changes. He didn’t recommend that we adjust it at this time, given the opposite expansion that will take place in the winter. I thought this was a conservative approach that I appreciated because I didn’t want to spend money fixing the door only to have it expand the other way in a few months. It is an expensive door that doesn’t have a lot of room to make adjustments like that without potential long-term issues. He did not charge for his trip either. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will definitely reach out again for their services.

I would highly recommend Bison to anyone. I recently had three employees come out to do a variety of things…replace a few rotted pieces of siding, install a Ring doorbell and fix the gas fireplace. They did an excellent job, were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The handyman was a nice guy, but unfortunately, he wasn't able to finish hanging the mirror, which left me needing to find someone else to complete the job. I wanted to update my review, the handy man Robert came and completed the job without any extra charges. I am happy about the service and the affordable rate.

Our A/C stopped working in the hottest part of the summer last year. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 15 fishtanks. Our poor animals were SO hot and our poor fish were starting to boil and we were putting ice and cold water in the tanks to try to save our fish! Alec went above and beyond for us! He and a colleague search for the part we needed, met up at our house to exchange the part, and Alec installed for us right away! We were able to save all of our fish and prevent heat stroke in our pets. They truly went above and beyond to help us in a dire situation and were also SO reasonable with the fees to top it all off. My A/C unit fired up again this year without any troubles! We are so grateful for their amazing care and service.

I got to work with Rob, the owner, and I can’t speak more highly of him. Not only did he accurately diagnose my furnace issue and fix it, but he helped me understand exactly what was going on and how to maintain it better on my own in the future.

Another company in town had told me I needed a new furnace and I called Bison for a second opinion. Not only did Rob tell me I didn’t need a new furnace, though I would have happily paid his competitive price, but he also was kind enough to explain how I was misled by another company and give me peace of mind.

We have used Oztek for all our commercial needs at the comfort inn north in fort collins. There staff is very educated and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. The have fixed our freezers , refrigerators and even our pool equipment. I have also used them for some residential projects because i trust there work and judgement.

Steele was a great Tech. Very nice. Very Professional. Steele explained everything that he did to the fridge to me. Steele was extremely knowledgeable and defiantly knew what he was doing. Great personality.

OZTEK repaired our Dectron dehumidifier. Julian was very professional, knew exactly what had to be done. There was no wasted time, the repairs were done correctly, there were no hidden cost and all work was explained in detail. OZTEK even called after all was done just to follow up on the operation of the machinery.
It was a genuine pleasure to work with such a professional company. If I need similar services again, I will not hesitate to call OZTEK. I could not have been more satisfied with any other company.

We needed help with our refrigerator at the First Congregational Church the service we had was no longer in refrigeration. Abner did a efficient and great job. The refrigerator was back working in a short time he had the part needed in his stock. The Oztec sticker is on the refrigerator for future references thank you Abner.
