I was told my another HVAC Company that I needed a new furnace. I never did believe that statement, so I decided to get a second opinion. I was referred by some friends to try NOCO HVAC out of Ft. Collins. I did. My serviceman was Peter. I merely told Peter I wanted a routine maintenance and an evaluation of the condition of the furnace. Within 60
minutes, he had cleaned the areas that needed cleaning ( showed be the before/after pictures). He had also done other checks to help evaluate my furnace 's condition. He stated it was in good condition with no problems. I definitely did not need a new furnace. I am going to get a written copy of his evaluation for my records. He answered all my questions thoroughly, worked quickly, and most of all I was confident he was honest and had done an excellent job.

A rare find, found Alex honest and smaht with great home office support too. Got AC working through hottest week of the year til part came in and then followed up. Also let me pick his brain on this heat-pump mini split or ducted frenzy. Highly recommend this provider and company for honest fair pricing, thorough evaluation and follow through.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service and expertise of NOCO Energy Solutions following their replacement of our hybrid HVAC system. The office staff was always responsive to our inquiries and very pleasant to deal with. And the many service providers who worked on the installation and testing of our system were dependable, professional and highly skilled during all of our encounters with them. The system we chose was energy efficient and pricey and the NOCO ES team has been very helpful in providing cost saving rebates and documentation to reduce our costs.

We had NOCO Energy Solutions come out and replace our 20 year old AC/furnace with a Carrier Heat Pump. They did great work! They messaged us prior to arrival, removed our old system, and had the new one in place in no time. The whole process took two days, but by the middle of the second day, the new system was up and running. The system itself is very efficient so far, cutting our energy usage by about 30%. I highly recommend NOCO Energy Solutions!

Reece and Ryan arrived as scheduled to begin the installation of a heat pump installation for our home. They arrived on time, and explained what they were going to, how long it would take and overall what to expect. They put down floor mats throughout the house and got to work. They were friendly, helpful and very competent. Over the scheduled two-day project, they were always working hard, but cheerful and upbeat. They always explained what was going on and how the project was progressing. It was finished the next day. Installation of the outdoor unit and indoor units was without trouble -- careful and attentive work by each of them on everything that they did, outdoor and indoor. A great experience from start to finish.

Colin and Steven worked quickly and competently. They answered all my questions accurately and confidently. They did very good work and cleaned the place before they left.

Nate and his team installed a multi-zone mini split system in our home a few years ago. They were creative, professional and fantastic to work with. We got several quotes and these guys came up with the best solution for a very reasonable price. They have been extremely responsive to questions, even well after the job was done. Highly recommend!
