This is an awesome company. The culture and employees are great!

Responded quickly. Got a new furnace/central air unit in at a really good price.
-
The maintenance and billing are really poorly done. They bill for work not done and double bill. This happens multiple times. Watch their invoicing.
-
The tech was on time and very efficient. Fixed the furnace problem and cleaned. Very good service.

Quick and friendly service. Lane did a great job getting my heat back on. Thank you!
-
Good people, solid company, has a great attitude towards their employees, I can be a lot of the competition in price and quality

Coordination of project was very good and follow up to complete all facets of installation of new HVAC units was excellent. Highly recommend their services.

Air Comfort did work at my company’s office building and I’m so appreciative! They’re super reliable and I appreciate their hard work :)

Devin from Air Comfort came quickly to look at our broken furnace today (holiday). Friendly and efficient. Got it diagnosed (starter) and repaired right away. Thanks!

Air Comfort did the HVAC system for our new building and we went from random cold or hot spots throughout the office to a nice, consistent temp throughout the whole place! definitely recommend

7 weeks dealing with same HVAC problem. Never reach out, always have to be pushed. Don’t give reports that are asked for , but always give invoices. Excuses and lack of follow up

I saw one of your work vehicles and assumed he worked in sales office. I tried to talk to him of steps I should take to get and estimate on a new system. I got pushed away and “told the numbers on the car, call it” when your in your work vehicle you are representing your company anytime your in public.

We've worked with AirComfort on our commercial properties for many years and they are by far the best HVAC company in Northern Colorado! Very knowledgeable, friendly staff, friendly techs, highly recommended.
-
I highly recommend this company for your residential and commercial HVAC. We have been though many other HVAC companies who ‘replace first, repair second’. I can attest that Air Comfort will do what is right for you, not what is convenient or most profitable for them.

My AC went out and Air Comfort was there ASAP. They gave me solid advice and never tried to upsell me. You can tell they cared about me more than their bottom line. Best HVAC company in Colorado hands down.
-
Air Comfort is very responsive with their support they've provided to us over the past few years. We've now entered into a service agreement so they can do some of the preventative maintenance tasks to keep us on track.

The worst, bought a new home 3 years ago, installation of hvac was done by air comfort, when it stopped working after ONE year, I called Air Comfort, he became annoyed and yelled something about "I told you people..." had no idea what he was talking about. When he realized I wasn't who he thought I was, it was other homeowners in the complex complaining about their AC installation (apparently AC had to swap out a group of air conditioners because the ones they originally installed were too small for the townhomes and wouldn't cool the homes). Then he told me, too bad the AC is no longer under warranty, this was 2 years ago. THEN he told me that the AC is only supposed to cool 1-2 degrees below the outside temperature. I mean..I was born female, but I wasn't born yesterday dude. He did send someone out, who said, yes there was a problem but he didn't have any idea what the problem was, by this time the coils had frozen, and he unfroze them, but...still no air. I had only been in the home for 1 year, the house and the AC was ONE year old!! So this year, got Ft Collins heating and Air come out, they found the TXV part in the unit outside was bad and needed to be replaced, and guess what....the part was under warranty. YES THATS RIGHT...2 years later and its still under warranty. ! So Ft Collins heating and air fixed it, and it was an extensive job, it took a few hours but its fixed. I am left with the impression that Air Comfort doesn't stand behind their work, and faulty work and faulty products will be left to the consumer to resolve through another company.

I am the manager of a small business in Loveland and air comfort is the only place I trust to handle our AC and heating. Wonderful competent staff, everyone there is kind and efficient. Mark is one of the best technicians ever! Thanks air comfort for always helping me for the last five years.

Chris showed up exactly on time and was very knowledgeable. He went through multiple different scenarios to diagnose what was going on with our furnace. He tried multiple outlets to find the part we needed to fix it. Highly recommend this company and if you have the option ask for Chris!!

Very happy with the install of the split system. Works fantastic! The problem is the follow up after the install. Took over a month to get the paper work for the Building Inspection and no electrical permit was taken out so Inspection was denied. Called no call back, e-mailed no response.
Part of the package was a Rebate from Poudre Valley REA did not get the paper work to apply for the rebate for over a month. the work by the installers was VERY PROFESSIONAL they get 5 STARS +! The rest of the customer service is leaves a lot to be Desired. -
I recently had to replace my furnace in my home. The system was installed thru another contractor no longer in business thru my home builder. The furnace itself had issues from the beginning, and after many years of chasing problems and getting it repaired I decided it was time to just face the facts and look into replacing the furnace. There are many options for HVAC contractors in my area, and made a few calls, after getting put on eternal hold, or directed to schedule thru a webpage with the earliest times available being weeks away I was getting discouraged. Air Comfort was on my list of contractors and I gave them a call and I can say I am very happy that I did.
My call was directed right to the residential manager Ken and within minutes we were discussing the situation and he knew exactly what was going on with my furnace. He took the time over the phone to explain some options as well as explain time frames. He was able to schedule a visit the same day.
Jordan was at my home that afternoon and we dove right in. He was able to confirm what Ken had suspected. Jordan was great, it was evident right away that he cares about what he does and fixing this situation was just as important to him as it was to me. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my current system, ask me questions of what I expected then explained each option. I felt very comfortable knowing that they wanted me the customer to be well informed and involved in the entire process. Working with Jordan was like working with a friend and I really appreciated that.
I received a very thorough proposal that evening spelling out each option and cost and I was able to make an educated decision. Ken was right on top of letting me know the time frames of getting the furnace ordered and scheduling the work to be done. Within a week Ken showed up at my house with his installers to line them out on the job. It was great to see that he was that involved with his crew. The installers did an excellent job, very professional installation.
Jordan and Ken both were involved from start to finish. A few weeks after the installation Jordan gave me a call to check in and make sure everything was going as expected and to make sure I was happy. Needless to say I am very pleased with the entire process, and to get a follow up call from them after, to me shows that they are truly a company that cares about their work and their customers. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Ken and Jordan and your team, I really appreciate all your hard work.
