HVAC reviews in Fort Collins, Colorado

Their drivers, specifically truck 156, don't understand basic driving courtesy. First, and most importantly, the left lane is for passing. Not just hanging out doing whatever speed you feel is appropriate. You're not Colorado State Patrol. Second, when someone passes you in the middle lane, see the first reason, it is not appropriate to speed up and drive reckless. And by reckless I mean exceeding 100MPH because you didn't want the person behind you to get around you while you were trying to be CSP. Third, once said person gets around, truck 156 in this instance, it is not appropriate to get so close you can't see the headlights. Also when you call to speak to their manager and leave a message you get no call back. Which tells me that they are ok with their traveling billboards giving their company a bad name. Which ironically enough, the trucks that are traveling billboards, are aimed at generating new business. While it's a good practice when the drivers of the billboards aren't idiots, it really hurts the business when their employees could care less about the general public around them. Just because they couldn't cut it becoming a police officer they attempt to do it in the Air Comfort company vehicles. Oh! And the entire interaction with license plates and truck number are saved on dash cam and can easily be forwarded to the actual State Patrol!

Air Comfort recently installed one of their HVAC systems in our new office space over on Timberline and did a fantastic job! The new office space is much larger but the temp stays more consistent and comfortable. Great service and quality work.

The service from Air Comfort is simply unbeatable. The tech's they've sent out on my two previous service calls have been knowledgeable as well as courteous. Being that I've posted reviews maybe twice-ever goes to show how much I appreciate the service these guys have provided. Especially when the heater goes on the fritz and there's a storm on the way.

I did not use their business, but I had almost gone into a bad crash and young dude pulled over next to me to make sure I was alright. That just shows you what kind of people they hire at this company. Thank you to the man who made sure I was good today at timberline and mulberry intersection.

Ken Bean and his fantastic team were fast, skilled, and courteous. Thanks to all of them and our new, shiny evaporative cooler we are able to better meet the sensory needs of our staff and kids. During a recent encounter, the driver of truck number 261 exhibited aggressive behavior that was both unsafe and unprofessional. The driver refused to allow me to merge, persistently flashed high beams after I managed to merge, and, upon passing, made an offensive hand gesture. Such conduct raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to safety and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Truck 221 is a very unsafe driver. 2 days in a row he came up on my tail out of nowhere going up the Thomson canyon up to Estes park. I’ve been doing the drive all week, but 2 days in a row he did the same thing. If im driving the speed limit there’s no way it’s possible for you to catch up to me unless you were speeding. Then when you came up on my tail you were about a car length distance for miles before I could safely get over when the passing lanes came up. You were so close with your bright lights that I could barely see in front of me because you glaring lights were shining in my mirrors. My chest started to hurt and I had instant anxiety because of how unsafe you were driving. One day it was 34degrees just after it snowed and rained in areas, slick roads and the next day it was 16. Both times it was dark. The 2 days prior I had seen 2 full size bull elk in the same area. Not a safe driver and shouldn’t be in a company vehicle.

Air Comfort was the company originally responsible for the AC system at the La Tela building in Denver. They installed all of the units incorrectly, so about 10 units, including mine, had to fight for them to assume responsibility. This took 3 years of the residents in my building paying for service after service only to have the AC's break each summer. Eventually Air Comfort assumed responsibility and came out to repair units. My AC was working, but I had them take a look at it due to it repeatedly breaking each summer. After they came out, my AC unit stopped working completely. They were able to send out another technician (who arrived hours late without notice) who eventually got the AC working. My AC stopped working again shortly after this, and now Air Comfort is saying that they are no longer responsible for covering the damage done, and also that they aren't able to have someone out to repair the AC until 3 weeks from now. Stay far away from this company, every interaction with them has been a fight to get them to assume responsibility for their poor work and poor service.

Terrible company with even worse service techs.

The driver of vehicle # 190, license plate # BKC M23 didn't even try braking for a stop sign today and nearly ran me over with his truck.

Of course, there is nobody to answer the phone at 4:25p...

If you walk or cycle anywhere in Fort Collins, avoid Air Comfort.

Horrible customer service experience👎🏻👎🏻 I wish there was a choice to give ZERO star. The guy denied selling me a $50 parts, he claims I need to have a HVAC company.

It’s cold out and furnace is down. Online order won’t get here for next 4 days. Worst customer service in all of Fort Collins.

Showed up at 430... they were walking out door. Tall (taller then me im 5 8 my ego is 6 9.) Guy was little spicy but got me my part and headed way out. Considering google says open til 430 and then after hours if pay was a little frustrating.

Edit they wanted me to contact them but looking through the reviews it looks like no progress is made. I see complaints sprinkled through out for rudeness inattentive desk clerks

Brandon was great. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Brandon has been to my home before for work and maintenance. I would always ask for him. Great work. On price, the maintenance is included in our yearly contract so no cost at this time.

When we called Allen about our EV charger that isn't working, they arranged for someone to come the next day to look at it. Joseph Arguello arrived promptly in the morning, was very politie and appeared competent. He determined our charger is not repairable and gave us a quote to install a new one. As soon as we purchase one, we will call Allen for the installation. We really appreciate that we didn't have to wait until after the weekend or longer for someone to come look at this.

Evan, Riley, and Brent did an amazing job on the Aeroseal of our ducts today! Very pleased with the work and the guys! Very respectful and explained the whole process.

Logan was good and the only drawback is that I thought he told me we started at 8 am. It was busy at the pickup place and he didn’t arrive until 9:00. I had told him I to be at a therapy appt at 11:00. He wasn’t quite finished so I trusted him, left the two bathrooms spotless! He didn’t close up the crawl space where the connection was located. All in all it was a very good situation with Allen’s services!
