We have used Allen for a few years now and always come away with having had excellent service. Response times have been reasonable, the techs have been exceptional in their knowledge, thoroughness and skill and the office personnel are polite and helpful on the phone. Also, we’ve had no hard-sell from them about other services we “should” get—which we find annoying. A gentle suggestion is all that is necessary. Yes, my family and I very much recommend Allen.

Tyler installed a new whole water filtration system in our home. Tyler was amazing. He looked at our entire system, offered many different solutions and price points. Walked through each system and answered all questions. He did not pressure any kind if decision. After choosing the filter that would work best, he scheduled the install. It turned out way better than expected. The plumbing is very clean and orderly. He also took into account our biggest complaint about our current system and added in solutions to prevent that with the new system. I cannot recommend Tyler enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! they truly saved the day at my rental unit! I had six other plumbers and drain specialists come through, and none of them could figure out why water was leaking onto the floor. It was frustrating and costly chasing dead ends.
Then I called these guys, and they nailed it right away. They found the issue quickly and efficiently, saving me from more unnecessary headaches. What stood out most was their incredible communication—they kept me fully in the loop every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and why.
Nate was awesome from the start—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Mathew and Mason absolutely knocked it out of the park with their skills and teamwork. The whole team was trustworthy, honest, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work. In fact, they came up with a cheaper, smarter solution to my issue! I’m so happy I called them! I called Allen Service to help diagnose and fix an electrical issue at my house. They were super nice and accommodating over the phone. The tech who came out, Tony, was really great. Got the work all done the same day. Easy to work with and very professional. Allen Service (and Tony) are my go-to for anything electrical now. Highly recommend!

I have been recommending Jediah’s service to all my neighbors. Our homes are all coming due for new HVAC units and I am so pleased with the new furnace Jediah installed for us. When my AC gives out, I know who to go to! I’m a single mom - I don’t know much about HVAC - so in my situation it means a lot to have someone I can trust come into my home and give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done (and explain things in terms I can understand!). Full disclosure, I know Jediah personally, so that also helps. He suggested a solid unit, something dependable and appropriate for the type of home I have. I am so grateful he could do the work for me at a price that was transparent and fair. One of my neighbors replaced both his HVAC units through one of the bigger companies in town and he was charged more than I could have afforded. I would have been making the equivalent of a small car payment, if I’d gone that route! You will not be offered things you don’t need, or have to maneuver up selling tactics. Jediah knows what he’s doing and has many connections in the business. He’s efficient, helpful and professional. Can’t recommend him enough!

We have a rental property that had a couple of furnace issues. After getting a couple of opinions, we hired Jediah to install a new, upgraded furnace. It was a better quality unit and it was less expensive than a lower quality unit from a competitor. We also had him install a new steam humidifier at our home. He was even happy to finish it up on the weekend. Jediah was on time and professional in everything we’ve had him do. Also, we had an emergency thermostat issue at the rental just a couple of weeks ago and he went over to diagnose the problem and he installed a new one for us. He left the place clean and we are happy with everything he’s done for us. He’s clearly very experienced and honest. I’d recommend his services to anyone.

Not the friendly folks here. I would recommend Sid Harvey or CD Jones for any of your HVAC needs before stopping here. In my experience this is one of least professional and most unfriendly distributers in Fort Collins
