Welzig came out to assess a failing hot water heater, free of charge. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me several options. I didn't feel any sort of pressure or pushiness, just honest assessment of my issue.

Kody was super hard working, helpful and friendly! He gave us excellent recommendations and completed the install despite several challenges we encountered. Jerry H. rebuilt a leaking 20-year-old gas line to be like new, then diagnosed a noisy garbage disposal and installed a replacement. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Well done!

Both Jerry and Cody are competent, professional, and expedient plumbers. We have had such great experience with this company and these two guys. I will always recommend them and we will always use them for our services.

Zach serviced our furnace and made sure it was in working order. He was very helpful and shared some good information regarding the life of our furnace and what to look out for. He seemed very genuine and trustworthy, not trying to upset anything.

Mark was on time, friendly and took care of my issue quickly. I appreciate that he put booties on over his shoes as he walked through my home.

My AC went out on Wednesday evening, I made an appointment Thursday morning for Friday, which was the soonest I could be seen without an emergency charge. My home got up to 84* in this heat. It wasn’t fun.

But Mark arrived, had my issue diagnosed within 20 minutes and was finished in probably an hour. While it was not cheap, service calls with specialized technicians never are. Now my AC is back up and running and my family is living comfortably again.

I would call Welzig again if I had another issue in the future.

Always do an outstanding job. They maintain our property but also recently replaced our furnace. A noticeable difference in how it feels in the house and installation was quick and professional.

Came in about 4pm and had my roof mounted Swamp Cooler running by 5pm. Mark was great. If I'm in need, I will use Welzig heating cooling plumbing and electrical again.

Update 8/29/25 Unfortunately the repair did not fix the leaking. Welzig were willing to return but I would run the risk of needing more $$$ if the required repair was not covered. I did not have any $$$ left and worried I would not be able to pay. So, I fixed it myself.

But they say an old man with glaucoma should stay off of roofs, lol.

We have contracted with Welzig for over 25 years for everything from tankless water heater, furnace and A/C installations to emergency repairs. With their service contract you can be assured your systems are always in top notch conditions for the heat of summer or the cold of a Colorado winter.

Casey was efficient and very knowledgeable in his assessment of my AC units. I did not like the end recommendation as
The units are very old and need replacement, but I am better informed as to the condition of the equipment and the reason they need replacing.

Andy at Welzig came out for annual maintenance on my Rinnai tankless water heater. He discovered higher than normal scaling inside the plumbing and ran the procedure to remove it. He needed to run this procedure a couple times but now the Rinnai is running a lot better (i.e. quieter). Thanks Welzig! Thanks Andy!!

Great service every time. Technicians are knowledgeable and communication about arrival time is helpful. If there are issues or things to address, they discuss with you first. Not pushy salespeople. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Casey explained our furnace options and Roberto Santana-Hernandez delivered outstanding service on our furnace install. He arrived on schedule, protected floors and work areas, verified gas and electrical connections, and brought the system up to spec. Robert walked us through filter changes and thermostat settings. The workmanship is neat, the unit is quiet, and our home is heating evenly. Welzig Heating & Air earned our trust. Five stars.

Ruben was outstanding. Saw him working across the street and just asked him a question while he was at his truck. Very friendly and agreed to come take a quick look before he left. Put on his clean booties every time in the house. Identified the issue, suggested best solution and also another less expensive solution. Picked the best for us and they were out here a couple days later doing the work very professionally and clean. So far i would have to say great solutions and service.

Kody did a great job. Diagnosed the issue quickly and ended up saving me money on an easier fix. Professional, competent, personable. 5 star. I'll call Welzig again with any future plumbing issues.

Mark came today and serviced our cooler for the winter time. As always, he is delightful to work with, answers all my questions, and takes care of us twice a year. I am very happy to be working with him.

We've had experts from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to service and inspect our new home, and all members have gone above and beyond in their educating us as homeowners while also providing practical solutions. Of particular note, Johnny Baker installed a HALO 5 water filtration system and was extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and all around friendly! Thank you so much, Welzig!

They installed a new AC, a steam humidifier, and replaced an electric sub-panel. Excellent workmanship. Sal and Roberto did the work on the AC and the humidifier, and Eric did all the electrical work. Very professional and they were able to solve all the issues/challenges that came with upgrading an old place like ours. Sal was amazing: really went out of the way to make sure that everything ties together and works properly. Overall, a very positive experience!

I had used them before and recommended them, but no more. Jesus arrived promptly, at least. But... 1) I had said I had two units when booking and getting a price quoted. Jesus said that's "furnace and compressor" and doubled my bill. I gave him the benefit of the doubt - I was working from home and had to get back to it. 2) On the first furnace he said the inducer motor was running hot and needed replacement, about $1,000. The motor was not hot to the touch Jesus had no thermometer on hand to show it was not normal operating range and that particular motor is less than $200. I should have kicked this scammer out of my house at that moment. 3) He "finished his work" and then said he couldn't clean one the of compressors fully - all he had to do -I just did it myself- was unscrew 6 bolts and blow out the grass, 5 minutes max. Never again - this was an absolute scam.

Jerry is a great representative of Welzig’s standard of service. Professional, efficient, totally customer service focus as well as having a great sense of humor. He solved a very puzzling problem for us. We will continue to use Welzig in the future.
