This company was excellent from beginning to end. They made my appointment quickly, showed up on time, and did a great deep cleaning. The free inspection was very helpful, and now my dryer is operating at its best.

Our swamp cooler broke down yesterday morning, I callef 4 Elements and they scheduled a tech between 8 and 5pm last night, he never showed nor did anyone call us. I called this morning and was told the tech was rescheduled to tonight between 8 and 5, did not show again and no phone call, I will never call this business again. We are in our 60s and my husband is extremely ill, its 94 in our house again and if he ends up in the hospital because of their awful customer service, they will be contacted by an attorney.

I would highly recommend the 4 Elements HVAC! When we returned from vacation, our upstairs AC unit was not working. The technician came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue.
