Vee was right on time, smiling, knowledgeable, went above & beyond what she would have had to do. I was looking for a new company to do my furnace & air conditioner checks, so she explained the Programs you have for that. I decided to sign up today, & waive today's visit charge. I would like to have Vee do all of my Membership visits!! My unit is very difficult to access & she knows how & did a Great job. Thank You, & l look forward to having Vee Service my needs.

Allen Service came through again. We’ve used them for years! Booked my repair quickly even though it wasn’t an emergency.
Cameron was really helpful & courteous. He installed two toilets & reviewed other issues in less than three hours. I felt comfortable & safe to have him in my home. I signed up for the annual program & was nicely discounted on materials & labor right away. Great guarantee on work as well. I have an aging home that I know will need more on the future.

Nov. 2026 - Just had Allen Services do my annual furnace maintenance check. It was the first time I had them for this service. Jeremy showed up & did a great job! He was professional & thorough. He was friendly, but didn’t try to “sell” me extra services. I found it helpful that he gave me a “heads up” on what my furnace may need in the future, as it ages. I felt that Jeremy genuinely cared about his work & me as his customer! Thank you Allen Services for hiring such great staff!

Dustin Dodson is one of the most professional and courteous Electricians I have ever worked with. He is a strong asset to Allen Services and reviewed the requirements with the customer in great detail. He understood what the customer wanted and explain exactly how he was going to make sure everything was correct and fully tested afterwards. He also fully cleans up the worksite and made everything look really good. I was impressed. I would recommend Dustin to all of my neighbors in Berthoud and friends in the surrounding area. I recently had a Shane T. with Allen Service come to my home to complete a full inspection and cleaning of my furnace, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Shane arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.

He thoroughly cleaned the blower assembly, cleaned the evaporator coil, and replaced the capacitor that needed attention. Everything was done with care and professionalism, and he made sure the entire system was running efficiently before leaving. I appreciated the attention to detail and the clear explanation of what was completed and why it was necessary.

Overall, the service was high-quality, transparent, and efficient. I feel confident that my furnace is in great shape heading into the colder months. Highly recommend Shane T. with Allen Service for anyone needing reliable HVAC maintenance.

Our furnace went down on a very cold February day and a friendly and efficient technician named Greg arrived within 2 hrs of our service call.
Greg diagnosed the problem and had our furnace up and running again in under 30 minutes.

Allen Service was great to work with. They kept me informed. I knew exactly when there electrician was coming. Joesph was polite, did and beautiful job and was able to think on his feet when plan A didn’t work.

Allen Service is wonderful! Our favorite technician Jim Maule was personable and so knowledgeable with three system HVAC. Vee was knowledgeable and skilled about my furnace & AC and humidifier. She did thorough inspections and showed me what she found and explained everything so it was easily understood. I purchased new filter and replaced my 30 yr old, worn-out humidifier. Price very reasonable and inspection and maintenance visit was comped.

Woke up to a broken hot water heater. Reached out to Allen Service via the online booking portal. Received a call shortly after to schedule an appointment. Cory Schneider was our assigned technician and he did an amazing job. Knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the problem and then walked us through the solutions available. We had to have the hot water heater replaced but Cory was able to get the replacement done same day. Would highly recommend Allen Service and really appreciate the work Cory did.

This was our first experience with Allen Service and I was so impressed! They fit us in over the weekend, communicated about our appointment time, sent a confirmation text, and technician Gregory was awesome! He was beyond patient with our dogs, respectful of our home, and fixed our heat quickly while checking in with us along the way. Thank you!

Corbin was amazing! So fast, got us set up with a future-proofed option, and was so polite. You can tell he really cares about what he does and the service he provides. Would absolutely recommend!

cancelled on me three times. this is a follow up to an earlier review I left where I'd already been rescheduled twice. Client relations reached out to me and gave me a voucher to cover the cost of maintenance. nice perk. however, upon scheduling my tankless water heater to be descaled a third time, the earliest appointment was another 8 days out, making it already a three week endeavor, and putting in for PTO twice to be available for the appointment. The other fun part is that there is one number on their site for the company, but apparently the early scheduler was giving me techs for the Foco area, as the individual scheduling me for my latest attempt for service mentioned, "huh, you're in the denver area,"....no kidding. you ask my address/area code. not sure how that wasn't automatically changing how you book my appointment.
That brings us to today, when I get a call AFTER THE TIME WINDOW MY TECH WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL FOR WHEN THEY WOULD BE ONSITE. not before, which is consistent with their brand of customer service. the scheduler mentioned that she has to push my appointment out to the week of march 9th, which will make this a 1 month endeavor to get a simple project done. they also mentioned that three of their techs called out with the flu......I would like to say I'm completely understanding of illnesses.....but amidst the current situation and how it was handled, that's incompetence. Especially when you take the time to mention that you only have 2 techs in the area that are trained to do the service I requested. which kind of tells me that either your schedulers need a bit more training on how to handle these kinds of issues, or more likely, you're making up a story.
If you want to wait around, call Allen services. if you want to get your job completed, call someone else. I've now actively lost a day and a half of work/pay trying to utilize their services......at least they have a snazzy website.

Response time was great. They were able to get to my repair that day and communicated when they would arrive. Tyler did a great job giving me the options and what each would cost. Work was completed efficiently.

Surprised at how great the customer service was! Our first tech, Nicholas, did an awesome job, so awesome - that he found a critical issue with our home’s foundation from his own due diligence! He was kind and patient the whole time he was helping me figure out what was best to do with our home’s needs. Mason was our second tech, who came to flush our backed up drain, finally resulting in a whole replacement. During the two days we saw Mason, he was also nothing but helpful, kind and understanding of our situation. Plumbing will always be expensive.. but you can’t always pay someone to be kind to you. These guys deserve a big praise and if you’re lucky, they will be the guys you get to welcome into your home!

Aiden came out for a sewer clean out. He was very professional and did the work we needed in a timely fashion. He is very knowledgeable and we enjoyed having a great conversation. We always are very appreciative of Allen service and they hire great people.

Vee it’s very honest, trusting and reputable. Now that I have met her at two different houses and seeing the result of her camera viewing techniques in random vents as well as the filter and furnace area. She explained everything perfectly to us with and without memberships. She absolutely sold us.!!!

Logan was very nice. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was very considerate, and left the area he worked in clean. I believe he will be coming back with a jetter that works, the one he brought was broken, it seems the previous user didn't mention it, or get it repaired. Logan did his best with the potable snake, but feels that a jetting is required to finish the job. He worked late Saturday night here, then returned around nine this morning. I felt bad he had to work so late, but he said no problem, with a nice smile. Excellent service!

Was very happy with my service. Gregory did a great job was so polite and kind. He was upfront and explained things well. He also was cool about my interest in what he was doing and my questions. I will be calling Allen again for future services.
