I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Tanner and Peyton during the installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. Their professionalism, efficiency and genuine care made a lasting impression on my family. From the outset. Tanner and Peyton were incredibly considerate of our newborn ensuring that the installation process was as unobtrusive and comfortable as possible. They took the time to explain each step thoroughly, demonstrating not only technical expertise but also a genuine interest in making sure we felt confident and informed throughout the process. The knowledge they shared was truly invaluable and their ability to communicate clearly and respectfully was greatly appreciated. Would I anticipated to be an all-day installation was completed with impressive speed and precision- without any compromise to quality or attention to detail. It's rare to encounter a team that blends efficiency, professionalism and empathy so seamlessly. I could not have hoped for a better crew to look after my family, and I am deeply grateful for the level of service they delivered.

Cullen was very prompt in arriving to check out the heat pump at 2936 Brookwood Drive, Fort Collins, CO on Thursday, 1/15/2026. He got right down to business when he got to the heat pump and checked everything out with his meter and pulled the filter out. He replaced their filter which was very dirty with another filter that the customer had sitting there still wrapped in its cellophane paper. He then checked the thermostat upstairs to compare the temperature. He then went outdoors to check the large compressor there. He took the cover off and checked to make sure all parts were moving correctly. Cullen was efficient and thorough in his check up on both the heat pump and compressor. He was very friendly and professional during the entire service call. We will definitely be calling Allen Plumbing and Heating for our future needs. Thank you for being so pleasant to work with from the office staff to the serviceman.

Tanner came to check out why our heater was kicking on. It was a simple fix and he really went above and beyond to do a thorough check of the entire system. Today is a super windy day and one of the times he went out to his truck he saw my recycling bin was tipped over and picked that up too. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you!

Nothing brings on dread like a failing sump pump just before bed so what a great feeling to learn Allen Service has a 24/7 dispatcher who promised she'd send a technician to my house first thing the next morning. As promised, Pete D. was at my house at 8 am, quickly identified the problem, and had my sump system running better than new in no time. I highly recommend Allen Service if you have a sump repair issue, or for any other job. Five Stars!

Our water heater went kaput at 5:30 AM on a Saturday. We called Allen Services and by 5:30 PM we had a new water heater installed. Corbin was an amazing plumber and handled the job alone. We are thankful for the quick response and the excellent installation. Will use Allen Services again!

Jessie is a star! Professional, knowledgeable and personable. He did a fantastic job. He represents Allen Service in the very best light.

Brandon seemed great, I could tell he wanted to do a good job for us. The woman who came with him ensured we'd never use Allen Service. She was like dealing with a used car salesman and talked and talked and talked. Talked so much that she asked my wife questions about our personal life, completely inappropriate, very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Kevin very professional and courteous. Explained what he was doing and going to do. We dealt with several representatives, Chance and Brandon. Very nice gentleman. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. We will definitely use them again.

I use both their HVAC and plumbing service.
The appointments were promptly made for the very next day. Invoicing is detailed with photos. Now if you're looking for the lowest price it is not going to be this company. They typically are salesman as well as servicemen. I believe the repair prices are high on purpose to steer you to the replacement option. You'll pay a little more is my guess but I'm sure they stand behind their work and get to it right away which is all part of the price. So if your priority is fast high quality work by all means I would recommend them. But if you can wait a couple weeks for the no name company you'll save a buck or two.

First we had infrared light added to our furnaces. Next came duct cleaning. Great service. Both teams were very professional and left no mess anywhere. Also very friendly and easy to ask questions and get back great answers. A job we are very pleased we had done!

Tech missed the window time on Sunday without notifying us. The following day, they called at 10:40 saying we were next on their schedule, even though our given window was 12-4. Showed up an hour later at 11:40. Came into the house to see the bathtub drip. Immediately started upselling me on a new water pressure valve for $600-900 to lower the psi by 12… stating if he fixed the bathtub without the valve it would break within a week. I declined. He then tried to tell me he needed to do a thorough inspection of the entire house, checking all sinks, etc. to see if anything else was wrong. Seemed very invasive & I declined that as well. Gave me the estimate to fix the bathtub drip for $650+!! Of course had to pay their “dispatch fee” of $89. Was here a total of 20 minutes. These “techs” are just new salesmen. Not calling them again.

this is the classic membership scam. their prices are 20 to 30% higher than their competitors but then they offer you 10% off if you pay for a one-year membership. the membership includes annoying phone calls and text messages every month. asking you if you want to do a a complimentary inspection of x y or z. when you tell them you don't they just call you back 2 weeks later. when you give in and let them inspect, they charge unbelievably large inflated rates on basic services.

I just wanted to thank everyone at Allen Service for making my Christmas happier and warmer. I recently had my water heater go out and I was kind of left in a bad position. With the excellent service by Tyler I was able to get a new water heater installed in mere hours. I also wanted to say thank you to Ava for being so kind and listening to me. I truly appreciate what you did for me and my children. -- Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year to you all!

Jesse was an absolute delight. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of because of my age or being a woman. He was like working with a neighbor. He explained everything very well and gave me options without judgements of my decision. I appreciate that very much, because its not a common trait in people anymore. Also, he made sure he didn't track any mess around and actually cleaned the mess that the clog made!

Our furnace needed looked at after several years of renovations. Shane Thomas, our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also helped get us setup with Allen's membership plan that will help us maintain our older home with cost saving benefits. Our family has used Allen Service for many years and we have come to trust their services and techs.

Jeremy was great! He was able to educate me about my fernus so that I can stay on top of maintenance and catch issues before they get too big. We had great conversation as well! We did have to reschedule our cleaning for another day, but it was done on the spot and only a couple days out. He did share with me that the company has them on trainings daily! So you can always be sure your tech knows what they're doing. I always have a great experience with this company 👍👍

Joey did an awesome job for us. All our CO monitors went off and the fire department was called in to investigate. They could not find the source but guessed, as best they could, it would be the furnace which is the only place we have gas coming into the basement; our water heater is electric. We called Allen and within an hour, they sent Joey. Considering the severity of the issue, Joey spent so much time trying to find the source, incredibly diligent, walking us through everything he did to track it down. In the end, we found nothing but we felt at ease when he explained everything he did to find the source. I trust the personnel Allen sends to us, emergency or not, which is why we're going to be Allen customers for a very long time.

Incredibly thorough and explained everything! Great with our dogs as well. It’s hard to find people that are that customer focused as well as having the knowledge to fix and explain everything before completing the work. 10 out of 10, I wish I would have been home to meet and thank him. My wife was very nervous when the issue arose and it was handled with care and consideration.

I had a backup of water after a shower then washing machine which had originally been a slow toilet leak. He performed his magic but a plug was found feet away from my house and Todd had to come out and bring the camera. Logan thought outside the box to release it as the traditional way kept running into resistance. He cleared it and the camera showed it clear to 100ft plus now I know where my neighbor and I tie into the city line. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and got it done. I had quite a mess to clean up as the water from the washer found the path of least resistance which happens to be in the closet with my tankless water system. That was a big flood. I also had a mini flood in the bathroom. Nothing every towel in my house couldn’t fix however. I don’t have carpet which was super helpful. Good job! Well done. 10/10.

Joey is a real asset to Allen’s Service. He communicated well about his arrival time. He was very courteous and professional. He cleaned the dryer vent in our new home which was 80% blocked by years of neglect. He was extra careful ti clean up all that lint, grime and hair so that our hoover puppy would not ingest it. He was conscientious to always put foot coverings over his snowy boots each and every time he entered the house. Thank you Joey!
