We had Jeremiah Sanchez with Balance Point, out for preventative maintenance and Wow! He was not only courteous, friendly and professional, he went so far above and beyond, I am over-the-top impressed. It is hard to find the level of customer service we received today. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and shared helpful information, tips and suggestions. We signed up for the whole house comfort plan and with him being here for three hours flushing our hot water heaters, cleaning every P-trap and drain in our house. He even re-organized underneath the sinks, we paid a total of $22. Very happy customer here and would recommend Balance Point to anybody in need of heating, cooling or plumbing services.

Dave, Nick and Balance Point were super timely, thorough, and were able to review, obtain pricing, and quote a solution within a couple hours of my original call. Amazing.! Not always the cheapest but always the best value if you value promptness, thoroughness, and good results. They are the team I recommend!

Update: Jeremiah installed our new water heater, he was careful of our property and keep us updated on the progress, very professional and polit. Highly recommend.

When our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, we called Balance Point as our first call. Dave Crownover was the Service Technician that came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem quickly.

Unfortunately, the unit was an older model, and the part had to be ordered. He provided updates on the part and the day the part came in; he was at our house and within a hour had us up and working. He also went the additional mile, looking over the entire unit to ensure we were good for the rest of the summer.

We highly recommend Balance Point for any of your needs and will continue to use their services.

Jeremiah Sanchez was my service provider who was assigned by Balance Plumbing whom I called to arrange for a garbage disposal replacement. He arrived in 30 minutes (extremely clean, neat and very polite and kind). The problem was diagnosed…resolved without the need for a new unit. So now honesty is also added to the list of characteristics for him and I am a grateful permanent customer and have scheduled more services with him and Balance. I had a great first experience having Nick S. with Balance Point come to my home for a furnace service. Nick took an hour with me, in my crawl space, showing me each part of the furnace he was testing, explaining how my it all works and sharing best practices of what to check on every time that I go to the crawl space to change my furnace filter. Our kitchen sink backed up, and Balance Point came to the rescue. Jeremiah was prompt, courteous, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, taking time to explain things along the way. Also did a whole house plumbing inspection, helping identify some other issues we were unaware of that may want to be addressed in the future. Nick was a very competent, knowledgeable, thorough, tech sent from Balance Point to fulfill my yearly furnace check up. I had also requested to replace a part installed by previous company as figured it had run its course. During the course of this tuneup, Nick answered all my questions (I ask a lot of them to learn about my system) and he informed me about new codes in place. He was pleasant, patient and cared about my furnace and the work he did. It wasn’t just a job to him.

This is our second year using Balance Point for our HVAC maintenance. They are always professional and thorough. Matt who serviced our furnace is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with helping us understand our system better. We have signed up for the monthly maintenance membership.

I called Balance Point to remove some duct lining in our HVAC system that was causing issues during an air duct cleaning. Ian B. arrived the very next morning to confirm the problem and thoroughly inspect the system. After giving him the go-ahead for repairs, he returned the following day and completed the job. Ian was great to communicate with, friendly, trustworthy, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

He talked me through the recommendations, priorities, and pros/cons with clear expertise. Our house pressure valve went kaput and Cody replaced it quickly. He also was transparent on the pricing and why costs have gone up. And he kept us informed on work progress and had us inspect it when completed. Very easy to work with.

Would give them more stars if I could. Fort Collins Dave diagnosed my 14 YO problem furnace and helped me see the reasons why it is a better decision safety-wise to replace it now. Extremely competent and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone. 18 month no interest financing and heat pump rebates will make it close to painless.

You guys rock! As with all of Balance Point guys Ian was extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to deal with me asking questions. It is great to have someone to call that knows the heating and cooling world and will help when needed. I look forward to getting Codey in our house to work on a few plumbing issues as well.

Matt T did a great job for furnace check up. He was thorough, answered my questions and concerns about furnace maintenance and discovered reason for leaking from humidifier. He recommended repair vs replacement of humidifier which I plan to get done as soon as possible. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise.

Nick S from Balance Point Fort Collins was at my home to do the fall/winter service on my two furnaces today. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable with the work that he did. He also did a great job identifying some possible upgrades I could do to my systems to make them more efficient at humidifying and cleaning the air in my home. I appreciated his professionalism and hope he will be back next spring to do the maintenance on my AC units.

Dave and Luke serviced an old boiler at my Church in Loveland. During a routine check up it was brought to our attention that we had a water leak and a few other repairs were needed.

Dave and Luke clearly communicated there arrival time, how long the repairs would take and had all of the parts loaded onto their truck.
