Matt was the technician and he was competent, thorough, explained things well, and was pleasant. So he created an overall good customer service experience. We will ask for our annual service maintenance call.

Cody came to advise on replacing my hot water heater. Shared advice, no pressure to buy. Recommended the cheaper option. Polite and friendly and no charge because covered under annual plan

Jeremiah Sánchez came out last week to do our plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He also gave me some tips for doing a small repair myself which I appreciated. Would recommend.

I contacted Balance Point for a second opinion. I was amazed at the time taken and attention to detail Matt took in testing, explaining the process, and even going beyond the call of duty to find out what was wrong, when another provider had said our air conditioning system was fine--which I knew not to be the case based on its performance. The cost for the value I received was so reasonable that it surprised me. Even the initial phone call to schedule was pleasant, and the appointment was not far out. Matt was timely--in fact, ahead of schedule, without requiring a long wait. He was professional, extremely experienced and knowledgeable, genuinely cared about solving our problem, and left our home neat and clean, just as he found it. Balance Point is now definitely my go-to.

Just had our existing AC & Furnace changed out for a heat pump/furnace setup and could not be happier so far. Nick was great to deal with for the initial consultation and follow-up leading up to install, and the install team of Mason, Santana and Kobi showed up and were very professional and courteous, got the job done and left things clean.

Just a follow-up to my review - Luke was assigned to do the follow-up appointment for the energy rebates and to verify that everything is functioning properly and he exhibited the same level of professionalism that the rest of the Balance Point team did as well!

I was very impressed with Cody, a Master Plumber. He spent a good deal of time at the service visit for my water heater (that needs to be replaced) educating me about the pros and cons of maintenance, the longevity of tanks, comparison of the different brands, and explaining the new state law beginning 1/1/26 for low emission NO water heaters. I felt at ease knowing that everything would be taken care of; and Cody is putting extra effort into trying to secure the same brand of water heater then I currently have.

Matt Teetzel was awesome! He was super thorough with servicing our hvac and fixed a wiring issue that I didn’t even know we had. We’re been using this company for 10+ years and highly recommend them. Thank you!

The service teck has been to my place last summer to fix my AC unit, he did an excellent job then as he did this visit also. I would recommend you guys to everyone who might need servicing, I know you guys as Hooley HVAC from where I used to work. PMP, Inc.

did an awesome job with our yearly HVAC maintenance! He kept in touch the whole time, showed up right when he said he would, and took the time to explain what he was doing. Super thorough and professional — you can tell he really cares about doing things right. Everything’s running great now. Definitely recommend Dave!

If you need something fixed and don't care about cost or communication, Balance Point might be the company for you. For me, they scheduled a window from 9am to noon and didn't show up until 5:30pm. They didn't call to tell me they'd be late at all, I had to call them and was told I would be called back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later, I called again and they said they'd call me back. Finally after 5pm, the technician called to say they were on the way. They were there for 5 minutes and said they'd be back tomorrow. They then showed up the next day and fixed the issue without giving a quote or asking for approval first so I just got to pay their amount. Will never use again.

Can't service customers on a timely basis. I scheduled an annual HVAC service with Balance Point a month ago which was the quickest they could have a service tech out. The sales rep sold me an annual service contract at that time and required full payment the same day. The morning of the scheduled service I received a message from Balance Point indicating they were short of techs and needed to reschedule. The soonest they could have someone out was 2 weeks later. I returned their call and got their answering service and was told someone would call me shortly. No one called back so I called them a second time. The person I talked to was very nice but the earliest they could have someone out was still 2 weeks out. Six weeks to maybe get your furnace serviced seems too long.

Update-its been a week after I cancelled the service contract. Balance Point has not processed the refund promised of the $279 they required to be paid at the time the original service appointment was scheduled.

Balance Point technicians installed a new heat pump and took extra time to make sure we understood the new system completely. Tyrell was great and took additional time to further educate us on the new system. We really appreciated the extra effort!

Nick arrived promptly at 8 AM this morning! very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of our furnace! He was also very cordial and friendly, even to our dogs! We would wholeheartedly recommend him and Balance Point!

Two gentlemen, Fort Collins Dave and Fort Collins Luke, arrived right at the set time for complete winterization service. They were personable and knowledgeable. They completely explained what
they did and made future maintenance recommendations. Just the kind of service you want when someone enters your home.

I have been very pleased with Balance Point lately. I was concerned when Gary Hooley changed to them but I have not experienced any decline in service. Jeremiah came out and did a plumbing inspection. This was our first time using that service and he have me excellent advice to maintain longevity on our appliances. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Had maintenance performed on my gas furnace by Fort Collins Dave Crownover. He did a great job very informative and let me know the system is working as it should. He was very polite and did a great job in my opinion.
