A huge thank you to Aire Serv and to Ben! He's an expert HVAC tech and a consummate professional who clearly enjoys his work and is highly skilled at it. Not only did he get the A/C system back into working order the same day I called, he had no problem with me looking over his shoulder the whole time and he taught me quite a few things about how the system works. I'm very grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Aire Serv for any and all HVAC service needs.

Ben from Aire Serv came out to repair my very noisy swamp cooler. He was great! He replaced the parts he needed, took photos of everything and updated me the entire time. He was very professional and my cooler is so quiet and runs like it was new. Ben already has me on his fall schedule. I recommend Ben and Aire Serv for all your needs. Thanks again Ben!!

Ben was wonderful. He alerted me to a serious safety concern, (water dripping from my humidifier onto an open electrical wire) and told me an electrician needed to fix that asap. One was here that day and they did. They worked very hard looking g at my furnace and cleaning my filthy ducts. I live in a construction area and have never had it done. I’ll be using them for hvac from now on.

I absolutely recommend Aire Serv of the Front Range. I walked in my door on a Sunday night that also happened to be a holiday and noticed immediately it was HOT in my house. I went over to the thermostat and it was 85. My air had been working earlier that day but I had left for a few hours and by the time I returned, the air conditioning had gone out and the temp was rising. I figured there was no chance I would get someone out that Sunday as it was already 7pm. However, I called Aire Serv and they said they could have someone out between 10-midnight for an emergency service. I didn’t feel like paying hundreds of dollars for a diagnostic which is what I figured it would be since it was a weekend and holiday but to my surprise, the fee was the same.
Ben showed up to my house right before 10. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me the process of figuring out the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the parts in his truck to fix it the same night.
He taught me a lot about my system and told me things I could do throughout the year. He never pressured me but just shared his ideas. I cannot tell you how thankful I am that he was available that night and I was able to sleep in a cool house.
I highly recommend this company! Ben went above and beyond and I am so appreciative.

I called at least 6 HVAC cleaning services for my vents and Aire Serve exceeded my expectations. Aire Serve called me back immediatly and we walked thru what I was looking for with my system. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben for the taking apart hot water heater and furnace and putting it back together and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Ben and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough.

Ben arrived right on time. He was excellent at sharing what he was there to do. Invited me to join him in the utility room where he completed his safety checks and showed me what needed to be done in terms of cleaning. He was thorough and showed me everything before he closed up the furnace. Ben will be back in the spring to check and clean the air conditioning.

Ben and Cynthia are wonderful - prompt and attentive while being thorough and fair. Our furnace went out in February and we had diagnostics and quotes quickly returned to us.

Had our furnace stop working on a Friday evening a little before midnight. Ben made it to our house in a matter of minutes and successfully troubleshooted and fixed the problem. I had a great experience with Ben during my HVAC and duct cleaning service. Scheduling was very simple and he was punctual which is always very much appreciated with my busy schedule. He was incredibly transparent and took the time to show me everything he was doing, explaining the condition of the system and documenting the process along the way. Even taught me how to trouble shoot something a code popped up again. I really appreciated that he never tried to oversell or push unnecessary services — just honest, straightforward information.

Oh my goodness, THANK YOU Ben. 👐 He saved my family from trying to survive 100° days with no A/C on a Saturday at 7pm. In addition, we said we wouldn't be home or ready until 7pm and he kindly waited down the street until 7pm. He was so prompt, polite, quick, knowledgeable, prepared and so informative; so informative that my husband started recording notes for future knowledge.

Ben was also okay and not nervous around our dogs and cats; which is so rare!

On top of his expertise and professionalism he explained every thing that he did in amazing detail and even provided countless helpful tips and tricks to help us save in the long run!
