Joshua was at our place for awhile trying to problem solve with our fairly new furnace. He fixed the code issue but we may need to replace a waranty part if we continue to have any more issues or noise gets worse

We had an issue with our furnace, called Carbon Valley and they had Gavin come over for a service call. Gavin arrived and had us back in operation very quickly. Thank you Gavin and the Carbon Valley team for taking care of us today.

Gavin did a very thorough job installing a new furnace, putting in all new pipes, painting the outside ones, fixing my humidifier, adding an air purifier and a new thermostat. He also explained everything in detail in how to use the thermostat and explained the new additions to my furnace. He has such a wonderful personality which makes you feel that he really enjoys the work he does. I am very happy with him and the work that was done.

Kevin was the man. He identified the problem with our AmHVAC system, recommended a cost effective solution, and implemented the change in about an hour. He even went back to the office to get a part and rather the reschedule us for installation, he came back and finished. Very happy with our service.

Gavin did a great job at fixing my humidifier as well as giving us an HVAC maintenance. He was very thorough and made sure we got the maintenance special pricing that was being offered.

Carbon Valley has been great the whole time we've worked with them and their technicians. We had our furnace replaced at a great price and had our electrical system checked as well. Gavin and Osley were the techs who took out our furnace and installed our new one, they did a great job and when finished they showed me all the work they did and answered all the questions that I had. They are professionals and very respectful guys. Tom the electrician who checked all our electrical was also greta to work with and he explained a lot of the things to look out for in aging electrical systems and also answered all of my questions and was great to work with. We have some plumbing work being done this week by Ruben (Helzig HCPE) as well who we've worked with in the inspection of our system and he is also a great tech to work with. Shout out to Wayne as well who checked our old furnace and helped us in figuring out our new one.
Happy with the service, techs and company and looking forward to their assistance now as members.

James I. Was very very thorough in explaining his process while complete a furnace maintenance. He advised us that our thermostat was not responding/ connecting to the furnace for some odd reason as the AC worked perfectly throughout the summer. Overall he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve had horrible experiences with plumbline and precision before & I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. We’ve been with carbon valley for two years now.. give or take & they are just wonderful. Nave is also always so nice & helpful. I believe she works the warranty/customer service part of this company! Highly recommend !!

Gotta say, probably the smoothest interaction I've had with a heating company. No hard upsales/replacements, spotted the problem right away and had me back up and running in less than an hour, and all that in about an hour after I e-mailed to set up the appointment. Mr. Kevin Baker, thank you very much, hope you get a raise for this!

Outstanding service from Gavin and TJ. Called in the morning for a non-urgent service call and they were here in the early afternoon. Gavin is extremely detailed in his troubleshooting and repair actions and left me with a great plan moving forward. Both guys very professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. They're welcome here any time!
