Ivan arrived on a timely basis. He was totally prepared to do his job. He is meticulous. He was very thorough about cleaning up his work area.. Every time we approached him with a question he was always ready to answer. Great customer service. We would gladly use Longview again. Thanks!

Ivan is incredible! Longview Heating & Air has been very responsive, easy to schedule, and the best prices by far. Very knowledgeable and has been able to do the repairs on the same visit. Total pro! My lifetime HVAC guy. Highly recommended.

Ivan at Longview Heating and Air is amazing! We were having some issues with the AC and Ivan was prompt to connect with our initial appointment inquiry. When servicing the AC, he was thorough and explained everything to us on what was going on, gave options in next steps with a game plan for future and followed up to ensure all was working well after the service. If I could give more than 5* I would. Top notch. I highly recommend.

Highly recommended. This is the second time I have used Ivan and yet again totally impressed with his professionalism. This time it was to clean our heating system. I love that I have a sense of trust about him and he doesn't "sell" you anymore to get the job done.

Ivan was outstanding! He checked things on our heater that other heating and air companies hadn’t. He was very nice and explained what he was doing, and what was going on with the furnace. He was quick but very thorough. I would highly recommend him to come and fix whatever you have going on.

Ivan can out same day to fix our furnace. He did a great job. Very friendly and professional. The furnace works great! It’s awesome to work with a local company.

I really appreciate Longview for coming out and getting me squared away with my A/C unit. They came out same day to get the repairs done right away. Ivan was the Tech who came out and this is the second time he has been out to my location. He was very professional and had a great attitude which I can really appreciate. This will not be the last time using Longview as long as they are there I will keep calling on them for my A/C and Heating needs.

Called for furnace and AC inspection and appointment was scheduled and completed on time. Excellent service.

Ivan came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one trip. He even had a replacement fan motor in his van. Real nice guy, professional and curteous. Highly recommended!

Ivan was very professional. He was able to come out quickly, assessed our problem, and was able to fix it right away. His rates were reasonable and he was respectful of our home and equipment. He was also very friendly and explained things well. We are glad we chose Longview and will definitely use them again. Thanks Ivan!

Update: 3 years later, needed to call on Ivan again. Came out quickly and got the problem fixed right away. Still reasonable rates and excellent service. Thanks again Ivan!

Ivan installed a new heat pump, furnace and whole house humidifier for us. He was prompt, honest, communicative, efficient, respectful of our home. I would absolutely recommend this business without hesitation. You won't be disappointed. We are thrilled with the quality of his work.

Absolutely great! Fair and honest. Fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell or gimmick me. They will definitely be getting my referrals and praise. Thanks so much to Ivan!

I called Longview Heating and Air because my AC unit was struggling. Ivan set a time for his service call that was quick and convenient. Ivan showed up exactly as expected! Imagine that! No 4 hour window to tie up half my day either. He was willing to walk me through his observations as he checked out the unit. His explanations regarding what was going wrong were easy to understand. He fixed the issue in a quick and effective manner and gave good advice on future maintenance of my system. All at a price I thought was misstated when he first said the amount.
All in all, Ivan provided absolute 5 star service and did it in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. I’ll also add, I am not an easy guy to win over for such service.

Adam was prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, honest, and also appreciate his work.

These guys do a great job to make sure you’re taking care of. I was so impressed how they are committed to making sure the job is complete and finished the right way.

We had Longview Heating & Air service 3 furnaces and 1 AC unit.
Ivan was great! He was respectful and friendly. All things are running smoothly now. Great small business!

Have your HVAC system serviced and/or replaced by Ivan with Longview Heating and Air. He was not only friendly, professional, and prompt, he also took the time to help us understand our system, how everything works and really listen to what we needed for our family's HVAC needs. He also offered more than one option when we chose to replace our entire system, giving us a few price options and made sure we understood the difference between all options. Additionally, the cleanliness and care he took to make sure everything was tide after during and after the job was impeccable! Whether it's having your system serviced or replacing the entire thing, I cannot recommend him enough! 11/10 for service, quality and professionalism.

Both Ivan and Adam from Longview Heating & Air provided excellent service both times they came out. They was incredibly thorough in their work. Their flexibility in scheduling was a lifesaver. They were both prompt, friendly, and had clear communication making the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Ivan was very professional and efficient. If I need more work done on my furnace, I’ll be sure to call him again.

I would recommend Longview heating for your heating needs. Ivan made an appointment next day and arrived in a timely manner he called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He was polite. Gave us a reasonable quote and fixed 2 minor issues without charge just the service visit, which was reasonable too.
Thank you, Ivan!
