Osley and his coworker was great to work with. Installed a new furnace/AC unit, got it all working, then had a meeting with my wife and I to show us all the new functions and how to program everything.

Knowledgeable technician worked to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Walked me through everything he was doing and seeing. Didn’t try to just sell me a new furnace and I really appreciate that. I’ll be going back to them when I replace my A/C.

James was Great! Very thorough. Explained as he went along. Only problem I had was the window for service was 8a-12p. I got a message the technician was running late. Arrived at 2.

Can't give a good review. Was blaming us that we turned off the gas and that someone else should have noticed that the pipe was not up to code. Carbon Valley is the only ones who have been looking at our furnace. Gavin and Wes are the ones that have looked at it. Not a happy camper at this point. Thankfully we weren't charged as Gavin had just been out there.

James was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. We will be requesting him for any future needs we have. Great Job!
