His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that the issue was resolved completely. It’s rare to find a professional who takes such pride in their work.

Zoom Drain cleared drains that other companies haven't been able to! I am so pleased with the professionalism of the crew and the attention to detail provided, such as making sure they kept the areas clean while they worked. Their equipment seemed more high tech and definitely did a better job. They provided great communication and arrived right on time! I will use Zoom Drain and Andy and crew from now on!

Had James out to the house yesterday to diagnose and fix a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. After some troubleshooting we realized the flange was not secured to the drainage pipe. James fixed it up and was professional and courteous. Would use again.

If you need a plumber in the Denver area, go with Greater Western Plumbing. They have up front pricing, on time service, and they stand by their work. I will be using them whenever I need a plumber in the future, and I would highly recommend them to friends/family. They are vastly better than several other plumbers that I have used over the past few years.

Great company - second time we've used them for various plumbing issues. Our tech was super friendly and also gave a lesson to me on one of our gas appliances. Can't recommend enough!

The pilot light on my water heater was out, would not relight and there was water in the pan. This would indicate I need a new water heater and the cost would have been $2200. Mike and Justin came to the house with a new water heater and discovered there was a saddle valve above the water heater that was leaking and caused the pan to fill up and extinguish the pilot light. They could have still replaced the heater but instead they replaced the valve for much cheaper and I now have hot water.
