Called High Five around 12pm for a quote and had Quan out by 1pm! The schedulers on the phone were so nice and helpful. Quan came out and was super friendly, took a look at the problem and had a quote within 10 min. He thoroughly explained my different options and showed me the pricing. Very happy with High Five and love their business cards!

We had a busted faucet and all sorts of under sink issues. Michael S. was incredible in helping us understand the issues and work to be done, and trade-offs with each option. He approached it as if it were his own home, and was extremely professional in both his approach and work. I’m sure that there are cheaper options available - but worth it for the peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

My water heater went out last night and I was afraid I would not be able to get it fixed until Monday. I called High Five Saturday morning and they set me up for an appointment that same day and in fact showed up early. The unit which was ten years old was diagnosed and Michael gave me two viable options, one to repair and another to replace. It made more sense economically to replace. The work was done professionally and efficiently and I really appreciate that Michael took the time to protect my carpet. I can’t say enough about High Five and there technicians and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work

Came back from a walk at noon today to no hot water and a leaky, busted water heater. My first call was to High 5. After experiencing a pretty impressive AI call center, they reached out right away to confirm my appt. Jose arrived around 330 and quickly diagnosed the issue and Daniel showed up about 30-40 min later to start the work. He ran into issues with my gas pipes and called in Evan for backup, they had the water heater replacement job wrapped up in a few hours. Thanks to Jose, Daniel, and Evan, we have hot water going into a bitter cold weekend. Everyone I've ever interacted with at High 5 has been so kind and helpful. Great company who does great work. I will absolutely be calling them anytime I need plumbing/hvac services. Great job, team. Keep it up!

Had a weird short in our electrical gfi. The technicians came out immediately. They were patient, thorough and found the short in a reasonable period of time. Tested everything.

Leo and Daniel were great! They did a great job replacing my pipes and fixing some issues with my hot water heater. They were in and out, but made sure everything was corrected before leaving. Highly recommend this company.
