Quan was an amazing help, not only did he maintain a great attitude throughout the process of cleaning a stubborn drain clog, but he provided amazing customer service and even educated everyone on proper drain care and recommendations for preventive care. I would recommend Quan and his services to anyone in need!

I recently had High 5 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling replace my shower due to a leak into the unit below mine. The neighbor below informed me about the issue, and High 5 promptly came out to inspect. They determined that the entire shower and tub needed to be replaced. The plumber took measurements, provided a quote, and we scheduled the installation for the day before Thanksgiving.

While everyone I interacted with at High 5 was friendly, professional, and responsive, I’m disappointed with the final outcome. During the installation, the plumber was unable to find a shower/bath unit that fit the existing space and ended up installing a smaller unit. This left a 2" gap around the drywall and a 1" gap around the tile. Unfortunately, I now have to hire someone else to come in and finish the job.

While I appreciated the good customer service, the lack of a complete job means I can only give three stars. I’m unlikely to use them again based on this experience.

5 stars is not enough for Tevon! It’s extremely rare to get his level of customer service, extreme knowledge, and honest recommendations. There was no glossing over items, upselling, or lack of knowledge. BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism, where I don’t have doubts of the recommendations. I let him know that there needs to be more people like him. Amazing job.

Taz was incredible. He pointed out so many crucial concepts that I’d have no clue on as a first time homeowner. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and went the extra mile when I had an issue with the self supplied toilet I purchased from Home Depot was broken in the box. I will absolutely be using this company again for all my plumbing needs thanks to his hard work.

Joshua was very professional and friendly! He was able to help me reach my smoke detector that was up over 16 ft in my house I just bought and take it down so I can change the battery and stop the chirping! Scheduling through High 5 was also a breeze. They kept me posted with emails, texts and called me when Joshua was on his way and sent me a text with his bio, credentials and a link to track his ETA. Highly recommend their great services!

We had great service from High 5. Michael was fantastic to work with and spent a lot of time making sure I understood what he was showing me. Great professionalism and trust building. Highly recommend!

Brian came over to do a furnace inspection as part of my membership with High Five. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He checked out the furnace, made some recommendations and changed the filter. My furnace is getting older and Brian recommended I change out the igniter so I don’t have an emergency this winter!

These guys came out an installed a new water for me in one day. They had someone there around an hour after I called them to get me set up. It seemed like there were some mishaps. They delivered the wrong heater first and had to go get the right one. They have to come back tomorrow to remove the old heater, but dispatch wasn't able to schedule before the technician left. But, overall good level of service. Jose was great at working with me on the pricing and Tazz was amazing and got the job done despite the horrible circumstances thrown at him. Upfront and honest company with great service people for a very reasonable price.

High-5 plumbing did a terrific job on my main water line repair. Daniel also did a great job on the main water shut off valve!!! Very pleased with their service and crews.

High 5 has come out to us multiple times over the past year and installed a new HVAC system which has been awesome. Josh L came out today and provided excellent service for a small checkup with something minor. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Jose and Jesus were both incredible! I own a TV, wifi & networking installation business. So I know how difficult it can be to get good people, and also do complex installations. Everyone really did a great job throughout the process.

Brian was awesome. Did a full inspection of our HVAC, addressed our concerns, and gave us a prioritized list of additional items we should look at when we are ready. No sales, just great information and helpful tips we can use to keep our system running well. We signed up for a membership with High5 on the spot.

Quan is AMAZING!! This is the second time he has come to our house for repairs. He is friendly, efficient and explains things thoroughly with prices and options before he starts any work. I hope we can request him every time! Side note: He has found bracelet beads, a rubber snake and Bona pearls in my daughter’s bathroom drain 😂 and we always have a good laugh! 10/5 ⭐️ every time!

Devin came to our home to take a look at some outlets that weren't working. He was able to get all the outlets operating again as well as updated two GFI's. He did an amazing job and as usual we are extremely satisfied with the service we receive from High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric.

Quan was great - definitely going somewhere with his profession. Cleared main on first methodical shot. I wish I had known about the $50 trip charge added on at time of payment though, I even asked receptionist about costs and this was not mentioned. However, everyone was polite and I could get through without speaking to an answering service. Same day service too. Called at 12:30, Quan was here by 5:30. Happy to give a High-5
