I own a 45 yr old home, I needed to have my electric box replaced. David Pineda and Joey Mernz were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and completed the task very quickly. I will call AAA again when I need another repair.

What a great professional company. Carlos Flores was out to solve a backed up sewer drain and handled it with ease. I learned a lot about some issues the homes in my neighborhood can have etc. Carlos is very knowledgable and great to talk to. I probably drove him nuts with questions. LOL This company is top notch with speedy service professional; leaving everything in much better shape than when he got here. Tomorrow is an endoscope up my sewer "drain" lol. Hoping for the best outcome.

I had issues with many light fixtures in my home, and needed someone to come asap as I had lost power to a couple rooms as well. This company responded quickly and came the next day. The technician, Z Soule, answered my questions in a way I could understand. He explained my options and the costs, helping me determine the best course of action. We are happy with the service and would recommend them whenever an emergency arises.

Branden spent hours at our house tackling some tricky issues and not once gave up. He was polite, professional and made sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend Branden as an amazing boiler technician. We had a completely new system install which he oversaw his team and did the install himself. He was helpful not only diligently doing his work but also answering countless questions from us as a homeowner. Losing heat in winter in the mountains is not ideal but Branden got a new system completely installed and working properly.

"Z " was our installer. So very nice and professional. He removed the old ceiling fan and replaced with a lager one. He knows his job! Thank you for sending him to us. We recommend AAA Service very much.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish, and it all began with Jay, our service agent. He was incredibly kind throughout the entire process and went above and beyond when he noticed our boiler was leaking gas. His quick thinking and professionalism in advising us to shut the entire system down kept our home safe, and we’re truly grateful for his care and attention.

The company acted fast and had a team out the very next day to install a new combi unit. Their responsiveness was impressive, but the real star of the installation was Rich, the technician. He was everything we could have hoped for—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we understood and felt comfortable with our new system. He even shared his cell number for any questions, and when we reached out, he responded quickly and guided us through without hesitation.

Rich is an absolute gem for the company. His dedication and professionalism made us feel confident and well taken care of. Honestly, having him as our technician makes us feel even better about having membership with this company. Highly recommend!

AAA was great. They are my go to plumber. Came out at 9:30pm to take care of an issue for me. Here within 2 hours. Carlos was fantastic. Courteous / cordial / great communication. Even asked if we had any special needs (like sleepy kids at night) before he arrived. Even the phone operator was pleasant / professional and called me back within 15 minutes. +++

Pros:
The installation crew put down mats to protect my floors and were very careful not to ding the walls. Installation of the inside and outside unit looks very clean and professional. The crew was polite and worked diligently. I even bought them lunch.

Cons:
They left my electrical panel disassembled as seen attached. The system they installed (Daiken) is wildly uncalibrated. As seen in the pictures the thermostat never has the right temperature of the house. Also, these past two days the new system has struggled to keep my house below 74 on an 80 degree day no matter how low I set it. I’m worried about what’s going to happen next summer when temps reach 100! Finally, the system was installed on a Friday. I called Saturday to explain the situation and they said they would have someone out between 2pm and 6pm. 5pm rolls around and they call me and tell me that they won’t be able to get someone out here until Monday. I just spent 24k on a new system! I know it’s a weekend but I know they have crews that work weekends! It’s also late September which is well outside the busy season for them. They got a few out here in less than 24 hours to install the system and take my money but they can’t get someone out here after the fact?! It’s not exactly an emergency and I get that. But after spending 24k I expected top notch customer service.

We had a fairly significant issue arise with our furnace… it briefly caught fire! AAA had a new furnace installed the same day. Then after that it was diagnosed that due to the age and size of the ductwork we had in our home (built in 1962) the old HVAC was twice the size we needed and was actually working against us and air was actually stalling and following back into the blower… go figure.

AAA got us setup with an appropriately sized HVAC system.

Then, yes, then, our electrical panel was out of code and the house wasn’t grounded. Within a day they came out and upgraded the whole panel and made sure the house was not only compliant but safe.

Also, we had to have a shower valve replaced… it was a busy week to say the least. Bruce was our AAA plumber and did an incredible job.

We had a ton of techs out each one was great.

I was happy with the overall repair, was not really happy with how
my yard was after. I understand they had to dig a certain section up but where they drove with the excavator made a rut in my grass and is pretty deep the grass was not a part where they dug up. I know it might not be much but it's my yard and something i have to live with everyday, and for 18,000 i expected it to look the way it was before. I also reached out to project manager about the situation he told me to send pics and i did, they also told me if i purchased a new toilet downstairs where they also had to dig up they would replace it for me still have not heard back.

Jeremiah G was great to work with! Came in very professional, gave us his initial thoughts and what he was going to do and fixed the problem! We couldn’t be more grateful!

He helped me figure out the payment plan which was extremely helpful.
When he was done, he cleaned up after himself.

I strongly recommend against using this company. Save your money and stress and work with anyone else.

AAA told us our plumbing issue would require over $13,000 in work, including a full replacement of our cast iron pipes. The first technician even stated he was “unable to touch cast iron pipes,” and when a second plumber arrived they of course recommended full replacement.
We then had five other plumbing companies (of varying sizes) assess the issue. Every single one said the same thing: none of the work AAA recommended was necessary. The real problem was simply a clog that caused a drain to overflow, which was cleared for a few hundred dollars. Our home is completely fine. Even if another company were to match their exact recommended work, all other quotes were coming in more than $3k less than AAA.
AAA also refused to snake the line, choosing instead to force their scope through what other plumbers simply called two “soft clogs,” which the other plumbers later cleared easily.
To make matters worse, AAA removed our toilet to perform the scope and then refused to reinstall it, arguing that it would be “a waste of their time.” This forced us to pay another company hundreds of dollars to reinstall a fixture AAA had removed. Their office later acknowledged that shouldn’t have happened, but no action was taken.
Communication was also extremely poor. It took three weeks of requesting to speak with a manager to receive a call back, and throughout the process we had to repeatedly follow up ourselves as we sought clarification for the amount of work they were recommending, unexplained random “discounts,” and the toilet issue.
The only positive is that they responded quickly and were at our home within two hours of our call. Beyond that, the experience was deeply frustrating.
Bottom line: We had a terrible experience and would strongly recommend against using this company for any of your home needs. I don’t want another homeowner to be taken advantage of the way we nearly were.

David came and replaced the breakers, inserted a surge protector and installed new electrical outlets in our kitchen. He did an awesome job. He was polite, considerate, and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Whenever we need electrical work again, we will definitely won’t hesitate to call A and specifically asked for David to come and service us.

Jeremiah Forehand, Emilio Garza & Sean Hall were extremely thorough in assessing the issues with my HVAC system. Jeremiah and Emilio handled my HVAC needs while Sean handled all my plumbing related needs. They were able to come out at the same time to look at several HVAC and plumbing related issues as well as installation of a bidet toilet. Since I am AAA member I called the day before and they were able to schedule all three technicians to come out at 10am the next morning. They walked me through the current problem, all possible solutions, and were straightforward in price as well as the results I should expect for each option. I highly recommend Jeremiah, Emilio, and Sean.
