We had a serious clog in our main sewer line that caused flooding in our basement and living area. Before finding the right plumber, we tried two other plumbing companies. The first one only spent about half an hour running a machine through the pipe to clear some roots, charged us around $300, and left. Unfortunately, our basement flooded again within the hour. That company did come back for free, but after another hour of trying the same thing, they said they couldn’t fix it that day and wanted to schedule more repairs later, which would have meant we couldn’t use water for two days. After talking with another plumbing company, they recommended I reach out to a different local plumber. I spoke with Howard, told him everything that had happened, and he managed to fit us in the same day between other appointments. He gave us a quote over the phone, then used a camera to check our pipes and found several full root blockages. Howard took the time to clear everything out and make sure the pipes were completely clean and running smoothly. He spent several hours making sure there were no more root or clogging issues. What really stood out was that Howard wasn’t in a rush—he explained everything he was doing to my wife and me, and made sure the job was done right the first time. The prices were very fair, the customer service was excellent, and the work was thorough. I’ll definitely recommend this plumber to anyone dealing with similar problems. Christopher did an outstanding job! I reached out for a quote to replace my water heater, and he arrived at my home in Golden within just a couple of hours. The work was done quickly and at a really fair price. A bad thermocouple was the problem! Dave Olsen diagnosed it & fixed it right away an I am very very grateful. The house was 53 degrees when he arrived but now I am toasty warm.

Brad Co. has always been there for us when needed, whether it be for a problem with our boiler resulting in no heat or hot water requiring a same day response or an annual boiler inspection scheduled a week out. We will continue to use Brad Co. for our home and wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
