BradCo has set the bar for the standard of excellence when it comes to professionalism, quality of work, value of the project and customer service. From the start, the techs wear booties coming into my home. They cover the entire work area with rugs/protective cloths so that my home is not impacted by work debris. Daniel explained the pros and cons of different options as it pertained to my water heater. Brandon gave detailed instructions on how to adjust the mixing valve he installed. They also installed an owner supplied RO system that has been amazing to have. My hose bib no longer leaks thanks to them installing a new one. I felt "in the loop" the entire way through and am thankful to have come across their services. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

The Brad Team did a wonderful job installing our hot water heater. We have not had any problems, it performs like clockwork. It is so dependable we don't even think about possible issues like we did with our previous water heater. I have a 65 year old Lennox furnace that is original to the house my folks bought in the early 60s. It had been several years since I last had it serviced so I called Brad Co. Brando came out and thoroughly inspected everything and serviced the furnace so that it is ready for the winter. He was careful and patiently answered all my questions and explained how the furnace worked. I now have peace of mind that the furnace I grew up with will still safely keep the house comfortable.

I called them for a carbon monoxide recall on my boiler, which they are dealers for. The boiler company paid them, but they wanted to get me to pay them as well even though they were already paid. They also have a subscription, which is ridiculous. You can tell they’re just money grabbing I’m sure a lot of the reviews here think they’re doing great work, but they don’t realize they’re double or triple in their charges. The boiler company paid for an hour of work and it is only about 30 minutes of work maximum and they wanted to charge me $480 on top of what the boiler company was gonna pay…wow!

I even pushed back on them saying that this is ridiculous and they refused to call the boiler company to settle something out. They just wanted to do the easy route and charge me And collect the money from the boiler company. All the other boiler companies in the area were not charging me

Daniel was able to completely resolve an issue with my 2015 boiler - where three other companies would only suggest a completely new boiler. Daniel researched and brainstormed a completely different way to solve the duct and exterior fan vibration issue. He and his team redesigned the boiler exhaust, and removed the fan entirely - for under $2k. He saved me the pain and expense of a new boiler ($20k+). Daniel is knowledgeable, thorough, and is wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

Technician Brandon came over today and replaced the controller on my evaporative cooler. He was the consummate professional throughout. He understood all the electrical and mechanical details and clearly explained to me how to work the new unit. I could not have been happier. Thanks, Brandon!

Brandon came on time to repair Triangle Tube boiler problem . Very knowledgeable and very professional. Serviced our problem and very neatly left site clean and working perfectly . N C Sanders

They did show up to fix boiler, which did a total fail. Couldn't explain why though? The gentleman that installed:the boiler 3 years ago never showed up to again explain and see why the total fail. After a decade with him there is no customer service or care. I could go on as to how watched him grow. Gave him all the work on a Triplex in Evergreen. I'm done, thanks for the lesson.

I cannot say enough good things about Brad Co. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They replaced my tankless water heater and radiant floor boiler, and the result is nothing short of remarkable.

They went above and beyond at every step, taking the time to explain my options, answering all my questions, and ensuring the installation was done right the first time. What truly sets them apart it their craftsmanship. My mechanical room now looks like a work of art. Everything is laid out perfectly with components labeled. Piping is neat and symmetrical, every connection is clean and precise. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat it more like a craft and less of job.

Editing prior review due to update from the company. I had a tech come out for a special offer for a furnace tuneup. The furnace was not addressed, and there was some dialogue with the technician about the nature of the appointment. Rachel from AAA called today, and explained that the visit was booked incorrectly on their end. The tech provided an inspection based on this incorrect booking. They're sending out a tech again to do the work originally intended. Appreciate their follow up and addressing the matter.

Dave and Joey were great! Installed our new electrical paneI and were great to have in our home!! Tony and Boone installed the furnace and were fantastic! Great guys and highly recommend this team! worked with Alejandro and Emilio, helped me out with my HVAC and Goodman cold climate heat pump with steam humidification and UVC air cleaner in my return duct system and also electrical panel change out and plumbing repairs. I enjoyed working with them. They did a wonderful job.

Jeremiah g did was amazing! I've previously used AAA service Plumbing and they are awesome he didn't charge me he used his own plunger!! Now my toilet is not clogged. I highly recommend AAA service Plumbing!

We had water damage from an old blocked pipe requiring the team from aaa to pull out dry wall and breakthrough the concrete floor to remove the old pipe and replace. Cisco and team got right to work and took time to explain and show me the work they were doing and were able to complete an extensive repair in one day in a very professional way. They did a great job. Really appreciated the work they did and would strongly recommend them to others.

Had to get a brand new system to replace the su-par builder grade furnace and AC. Emilio Garza was very transparent and open about the different options and costs. We opted for a fantastic new Daikin unit.

Electricians replaced my panel and every socket and switch in my house, all were courteous and very efficient. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. Spencer Dunnington came back the next day to finish and did a great job.
