Update: 09/30/25 - DeShawn came to my house to locate and repair a small plumbing leak. He was so friendly and professional. I was not disappointed! So thankful for the Happy Home Club! Thanks again!! I purchased the Happy Home Club and it's worth it! I had both a plumber (Michael W. and his assistant) and an HVAC tech (William B.) out today. BRAVO to both of them for their efficiency, skills, and knowledge. These people do a fantastic job and were very respectful of my home. They explained things (taking pictures of items being worked on) in a manner that was easily understood. Would very highly recommend!!

Anthony Lupo was a great Electrician and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain everything in the home with the goods and the bads. This technician takes pride in his worl, and has an amazing attitude! Couldn't of asked for a better technician to come to my house. Very nice to our dog Lucy. Brought her a dog biscuit. Also very friendly and good handshake.Anthony Lupo made this visit feel like Christmas!

Tyler R. Did a wonderful job! Had a kitchen sink that had to be at least 20 years old and broke on us. He installed the new one and rearranged the piping to accommodate a single drain and it looks fantastic. Very professional, informative and knew his stuff. Highly recommend.

Jacob G. Was great! He resolved my plumbing issues and gave a lot if information about prevention and avoiding future issues.
Unfortunately the water heater went out, but luckily I knew who to call. Had Islom R. then Nick S. at the house to replace the water heater and he was professional and considerate of the house.

I did a total “do it yourself” fail and twisted my old bathtub diverter right off its copper pipe. We have one bathroom. 100 year old house. It’s the weekend. from the time that I called AAA it was only 3 hours and my diverter is fixed. Awesome service. Great pricing. Now I have to fix my tiles. Photos to show my fail. Thank you Rocky.

We're thrilled with several large projects AAA just completed for us. David P. and Sebastian P. relocated and installed a new 200a electric panel. David offered his expertise to make helpful recommendations. We also had a new furnace and AC installed. Eddie R. estimated the project and also used his experience to give us helpful recommendations. Dylann J. and his team, along with help from electrician David P. and his team member Sebastian, did a great job installing (I didn't get the names of two other gentlemen on the HVAC team, but they did a great job). We also got a new electrical water heater expertly relocated and installed by Dylan M. He did a great job. We've used AAA before and we're happy with the work we had done and the full team who did it for us.

These guys came out on a Sunday and replaced my furnace and air conditioner with another furnace and heat pump. It took them 12 hours but they were very meticulous and asked my opinion when needed. Things didn't go perfectly as planned but they solved everything to my satisfaction. They were just little hiccups which they solved, sometimes with my input. I would recommend everybody consider getting this hear pump system if possible. It's is so quiet and seems to be very efficient. I'm excited to find out how well it works with my new solar system.

What a great couple of days! From Brendan & his assistant (installed the new water heater), Bobby & his assistant (installed the new furnace) to Joey Meraz (installed the new electrical panel) and David Pineda and Beau Ames, the electrical team extraordiare- what a whirlwind of professionals! I can't thank any of you enough for your hard work and dedication to making my home safe and up-to-date!! Kudos to you all - I hope your company realizes what gems you are!!

On behalf of the Lor household, we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to the individuals who have helped address the repairs needed in our home.

A little about our story: our parents immigrated to the United States with very little support, knowledge, or resources. Despite the challenges, they always managed to make ends meet and, most importantly, put a roof over their family’s heads. It wasn’t fancy or luxurious, but it was enough.

Now, as we transition into a new season where we are taking on the responsibility of caring for our parents and maintaining the home, we are especially grateful for the support we’ve received from AAA Services.

Last fall, we had the opportunity to work with Zach Barbre and Jon Williams, who helped us address the electrical and HVAC needs in our home. They were thorough, professional, and attentive to safety, ensuring those areas were fully and properly taken care of.

We would also like to give special recognition to Tyler Wuthrich, who has been kind and patient in helping us understand the severity of the plumbing work that needed to be done. His professionalism and compassion made a difficult process much easier to navigate.

The entire team has worked incredibly hard, and we truly hope they are valued and recognized for both their skill and their character. We are deeply thankful for their help and support during this time and know we can always count on AAA Services to be quick, proactive, and dependable with any project.

Chris Knotts was the best furnace repair one man show. My furnace needed some extensive repairs that took place over several days, and from start to finish, the service was outstanding. Chris was always on time, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to get my system back up and running. Not only did he fix the existing issues, but also took the time to install new features that have made my home more comfortable and energy-efficient. Throughout the process, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I truly appreciate their dedication to getting the job done right, no matter how long it took. If you need furnace repair or want to upgrade your system, I highly recommend Chris. His commitment to great service and quality work really sets them apart!

Nick was great, took a detailed look at what I needed, explained my options at different price points on first visit and made the return appointment right in front of me, very efficient. Nick was personable and very professional.
I liked how another team member, Biviana, followed up to make sure I was happy with the services, asked if I had any questions and then finished with a humble, "Is there anything else they could do to improve their services", to which I replied Yes, keep Nick on the team! These guys really do it right, a few small consistent details of great customer care, adds up to a loyal customer that has already gave them a referral!

On March 5, David P and Joey M. did a complete reset. They checked every outlet. That replaced all the outlets and the switches, including hard to find and replace. The team was very proficient and professional. I appreciate the high quality of their work and I am very pleases with the outcome.

Zach and Alejandro were fantastic. They came, addressed issues with our original HVAC system from 1999. Provided repair vs replacement options and we decided to move forward with a new heat pump system. They were very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend asking for them when calling AAA Service!

These guys do great work and make the process smooth from start to finish. David, Beau, and Joey did fantastic electrical work to bring our old house up to date: new control panel, complete re-device, and wiring for fixtures. And Nick replaced the water heater with no issues. Thanks!

We have been AAA customers since we moved into our house in April. They have been super helpful in addressing problems as they have come up. This week we have replaced HVAC system, a toilet and flange, and an electrical panel. Pedro G, Brian F, Michael, Tyler R., Emilio G, Braxton E., Garret Y., and Brian C got us all set up to be safe and clean in our new home. Every one was so friendly and helpful. We appreciate them!

Jeremiah G provided great service from start to finish. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and cleared multiple clogged sinks efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the issue. Everything is draining perfectly now — highly recommend for prompt and reliable plumbing service!

Joey, Z, and John were a complete pleasure to work with. Polite, personable, hard workers, solid work. They all went above and beyond. Joey and Z installed a new electrical panel for us starting at noon yesterday, and they ended up staying until almost 10pm trying to help me further troubleshoot some lighting and outlet issues, working in the cold and strong wind. We’re very thankful and grateful for them and their hard work. And for their families who had to wait up for them.

You don't always wake up one morning and know you're going to drop some serious coin and have to replace your entire HVAC system and electrical panel, but it happens. And of course, it happens on the coldest day of the year. These guys came out and worked late in the day through until 10 at night and didn't leave until they had me all squared away. The whole time they were happy and friendly and totally rocked it.

A huge thank you to the AAA HVAC crew: Eddie, Michael, Tony, Pedro, and Boone; and the Electricians: David, Joey. Each one of them did an absolutely stellar, top-notch job, and I couldn't be happier.

I also want to call out the killer work DeShawn did installing a new ionizer to reduce mineral build up in my system after I had a water leak, and also a leak detector and shutoff valve and a new pressure regulator. Just like the HVAC and electrical guys, DeShawn did an outstanding job and got me sorted.

Very responsive company with excellent customer service. Shout out to my plumber, John Johnson (JD). His parents may have lacked creativity when naming him, but he certainly doesn’t lack in skill in his craft. His work is impeccable. He was very mindful of the interior and exterior of my home during the repair. He even sanitized my floor after the toilet repair.

My link to review the HVAC work isn’t working. I also need to recognize Miguel. I’ve had the misfortune of needing multiple repairs this week. Truly am impressed by the caliber of employees this company has. Really stellar service, impeccable work, great communication.

I had a good crew come out and replace my leaking cast iron pipes today. They arrived early and worked straight through to finish the job same day. They were dedicated and very hard working. Dallas and Jesus were personable and knowledgeable. They got my water turned back on as soon as possible and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with them and AAA Service!

Emilio Garza and Amelia Perez were great! They came quickly the day after we called and spent hours diagnosing the issues and walked us through our options. Once we realized what was needed they came out right away the next day to do installation and spent hours into the evening to make sure it was done right. We really enjoyed our experience.
