We have used Greater Western Plumbing two times now and have had great experiences each time. Dave, the technician who installed our water heater, was very friendly and professional. We will use Greater Western again when we need plumbing assistance.

I had a pesky leaking shower in my master bathroom and I thought to myself.. why not call the plumber who lives right across the street from me? And, keep the business between friendly neighbors, turns out out that was Mike with Greater Western plumbing Mike sent out Jeremiah to diagnose the problem and Jeremiah took out the shower cartridge, kinda cleaned it up and then looked at my shower head, which was corroded with hard water minerals. I bought a brand new shower head and replaced it myself - but, the shower was still leaking so I called Mike back and he scheduled JD to come back and replace the Delta (brand) cartridge. JD was so prompt, he rang my doorbell at 8 a.m. sharp! And, he was so courteous, my dog was barking like mad and just took everything in stride saying he was a dog lover! And, he was fast, efficient and completely a professional! Thanks so much to Mike and his team at Greater Western Plumbing!!

I've used Greater Western Plumbing twice now, once for a tub leak, and then again for a PVC water line leak. Both experiences were excellent, with same or next day service, and a very pleasant plumber. Will use again!

My tub faucet developed a major leak over night. Greater Western was able to come on the same day. JD spent the time trying to repair the 53 year old fixture but it ultimately couldn’t be saved. They were able to cap the line and get the water back on until the could come back the following day and get a new fixture installed. I appreciated their clear communication, timeliness, professionalism and workmanship and will be using Greater Western for all of my future plumbing needs.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, exactly on time, provided great quality work and a good value! This was more than a toilet repair which included replacement of a 4" waste line.
I hope to have Greater Western plumbing supply Justin and or people like Justin for future work.

I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys were too good not to. I've bene wary of hiring plumbers because I have been over-charged, poorly-treated, and unnecessarily upgraded on services from some of the larger plumbing companies in Longmont. Not with Greater Western. I've now found my go-to plumbing company.

I called needing a repair asap, and they were able to schedule me the next day. The repair was done quickly and they were able to unclog a few drains for me as well for an extremely reasonable price. Good work aside, these guys were professional, courteous, and pleasant to be around, which isn't always the case with strangers coming into your house.

I highly recommend Greater Western.

Christian and Jason are both awesome. I first used this company when I could not locate a sewer leak within my apartment building. I had asked for help (unsuccessfully) from other companies, and Christian found the problem and fixed it in a matter of a couple hours. Since that first job, I've asked this team to help me with multiple jobs, some simple, some complex over the past 6 months. They've always been prompt, professional and communicative, not to mention they don't rip off your leg to pay the bill. Great team, and highly appreciate all they do to help me maintain these 119 apartments. Thanks guys!

From problem solving and scheduling with Mike, to James coming out to repair our water heater, the experience was professional, personal, kind, and comprehensive. Our hot water heater went out late Saturday night. Knowing we could survive a few days sans hot water, we didn’t call Greater Western Plumbing, but instead chose to submit an online request for service expecting we may get an appointment by midweek. By Sunday morning we received a response that they could get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Perfect service on Monday! Despite an incoming snowstorm arrived on time with all the materials. Couldn’t have been more pleasant, very respectful of our home and extremely professional. Outstanding experience all the way around. Highly recommend Greater Western Plumbing.

Amazing service! I tried to turn on my sprinkler system for Spring and discovered a crack in the backflow preventer system. Called Greater Western Plumbing and left a message. Mike, one of the owners, called me back right away. I explained what the problem was and he knew exactly what was needed. I was able to make an appointment 5 days later. When I showed the technician the broken pipe, he told me exactly what needed to be done and the cost. No surprises. No add-ons. He finished the job promptly and it looks beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about the work that was done. I will use Greater Western Plumbing again the next time I need plumbing work.

Mike & JD were punctual, fast and professional! I called in with some general maintenance repairs that I needed (some on/off valves replaced, freeze proof spigots installed), and within a few days the job was done! JD was right on time, was super friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner! Will use again.

They have always been considerate of our time, in regards to scheduling, and showing up with promised times. They have also been honest and up front. They did multiple repairs and installations for me in one trip. Price was very reasonable and hundreds of dollars less than 2 other companies I got quotes from. Solid work for a honest solid price. They are now the plumbers I will always call.

Called expecting a few days wait, but they worked me in a few hour later. JD was on time, and very knowledgeable. Got me fixed up in 30 minutes for WAY cheaper than I have paid other plumbers in the past. I recommend these guys 100%.

Great service and good value. I called Greater Western about a leaky outdoor pipe and they provided a free estimate which was much lower than I'd seen elsewhere. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. He suggested preventative measures to reduce wear and tear on the new part which I greatly appreciated!

We had our entire house re-piped. The old copper pipes were eroding, springing pinhole leaks, so we had it all removed and replaced with PEX. We had the water heater replaced at the same time. Mike gave us a good price, and the 2 plumbers he sent out, JD and Dave, were very thorough and conscientious, taking pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I was referred Greater Western Plumbing when I needed to switch out my main line valve. Dave did an amazing job and was very professional. We had a great experience with Greater Western Plumbing to quickly diagnose (over the phone, and they were correct!) our leak that was coming from the second floor bathroom into our first floor bathroom through the ceiling. They were able to schedule the work quickly, and the arrived promptly and was very friendly. He took a look, confirmed the problem, got the parts he needed quickly, and installed them, making sure we understood what he saw and needed to do, and confirmed that the leak was solved and there wasn't water coming from anywhere else. They will be our first call if we have any problems in the future!
