My family and myself have been living in an extremely hot house for months now and Brandon came in and knew exactly what to do turns out when my thermostat got replaced several months ago was not programmed properly! Brandon Martinez from AirSolutions provided world-class customer service this afternoon when he conducted routine annual maintenance for my home’s AC. He is very informed, friendly, and explains/shows his work in an excellent manner. 5+ stars!

After putting in a service request overnight for broken AC I heard back the next morning, and got scheduled for later that day. Brandon was awesome helping fixing our AC unit, he was very professional and knowledgeable!

Called for an appointment for a technician to come read the error code on my furnace. Quick diagnosis appointment. Was given a 2 hour slot. I had to take off work and get family help for kids. No one showed up or called. After the 2 hours I called and was told maybe another 30 minutes. Terrible business and customer service. Immediately called another company and was helped promptly and same day. Your time is worth more than this company’s help.

Update: In response to the owner reply. Per Ajia, we were scheduled for 9-11 am. I received a text about 10 to 12 but when we confirmed booking she told me AGAIN it was 9-11. I called staff when no one showed up and she said she would call the technician to see where he was. The 10:58 call back was only Ajia returning my call to tell me it would be another 30 minutes at least. Overall unacceptable.

Wyatt just performed an annual maintenance service on my HVAC system, both furnace and air conditioner. I was pleased and impressed with Wyatt's attitude and ability. I had been a customer of Poudre Valley Air for over 15 years and was sad to see them sell the business. But I was thrilled to find out that Dusty (the owner) brought a lot of the great PVA employees on-board with Air Solutions. They're great folks to trust with your HVAC needs.

Brandon was extremely professional and thorough in servicing my air conditioner! He informed me of all the other services offered to maintain my furnace and vents also. I highly recommend Brandon! He made sure I understood everything including prices, before he left.

Brandon is excellent working on our 2 rental house tankless water heater flushing and HVAC blower clean up. He is very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. He also educated me on HVAC and tankless water heater. We are having fun to learn how to clear Rinnai tankless water heater 'code 52' by calling Rinnai technical support.

I highly recommend Air Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning. They replace my furnace and A/C. I did get reinspection of our unit for summer and for winter. It is well worth the time and money to have your units inspected. Yes, I have known Dusty for many years, and he runs a great business. Please do call them.

AirSolutions has been a great teammate - they are incredibly responsive and work hard to limit interruption to our business. And our techs Steve and Wyatt are always kind, punctual and very helpful.

You can TRUST this company. Wyatt Winchester was my tech, and he was 100% truthful about the repairs I needed when flooding from upstairs caused water to flow down the air vents into the furnace and it stopped. Other companies whose techs earn a commission on the parts they sell would have convinced me I needed an entirely new furnace and I would have been in no position to know better if it were not for Wyatt and his honesty. I needed a float switch drained and reset. That was all. $144 total for the entire service call -- not thousands of dollars. Wyatt is exceedingly personable, knowledgeable, and honest. I will need a new furnace, probably next fall, and I'm calling Wyatt at Air Solutions when I'm ready to have that done. Trust Air Solutions when you have a disaster like I did.

My family and I had the pleasure of getting to know Malcomb and Grant. Both worked from the time they got there until leaving. Both were so polite, knowledgeable and so clean/neat. Our unit looks so much better than the unit I had placed in my other home. I've never seen someone put in central air/heat this fast. Also-- Both were super sweet to my two younger boys. I want to give a shout-out for Air Solutions in Greeley. It took me a while to find them as they were previously Poudre Valley Air I used for years. Our technician was so educated with his job, my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained to us the procedures on our furnace. He was exceptional on his knowledge of the product, totally put myself to ease on a number of things for heating and cooling our home. So friendly and very thorough in explaining all the details.
