I highly recommend DeLeon Heating and Air. I had a condensate pump that was not working, so I had water in the basement where there shouldn't be water. He replaced the pump and also performed a thorough inspection; which was long overdue. I also asked him to look to see if anything could be done to get air flowing to the living room. It's always been too cold in winter and too hot in summer; because apparently the company that installed my new furnace in 2005 failed to hook that register into the system; and I didn't even realize it until a couple years ago. I've had others look at it and none of them even bothered to call me back. With some creative thinking and duct work Welby crafted a fix for the problem; and for the first time since I've lived here I have heat and A/C going to the living room! He kept me informed as to everything he found and what needed to be done, as well as what the options were. All of the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Owner was awesome! Called him about 9 or 10am and he was out before 1pm. Total time for repairs was maybe 30 min. He was honest, kind and professional. We are beyond happy with the service and ecstatic he was able to get our heat back going so fast!

Welby was right on time to our emergency Sunday appointment today, and was very friendly and professional. He explained all of our options and what went wrong with our system so we could better maintain it going forward. Once we decided what we would do to fix it, he had everything repaired and operating normally again in less than an hour. We will definitely be calling him again if the need comes up! Welby was very informative and pleasant as he explained our options with our current system and his installation of our new duel inverter by Ruud took less than two days. It heats amazing and I can’t wait to use it in the spring for A/C. His counsel on what to do about the rest of our broken system helped us deal with the other installer and the manufacturer. The pricing was competitive and overall we are very happy with our whole experience!
