I needed my HVAC system replaced and called E to W and he came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at the project and had a bid emailed to me by Saturday night. The bid gave me 3 options. The original option I wanted to go with was a 16 seer heat pump but that heat pump was back ordered several months. Nate worked with his supplier to get me hooked up with a 17 seer heat pump that was available right away and only charged a few hundred more. He was very good about answering my questions and always responded in a timely manner.

The install was done very professionally. He had to retrofit some things to move it to my basement but everything looks very clean and nice. Nate did a great job of cleaning up after himself. Overall I am very happy and would recommend East to West.

We had our furnace malfunction and he came out right away and diagnosed the problem. He was able to install a new furnace as well as adding a vent for the stove. We also asked him to install a whole home humidifier.

My furnace had been acting up for a while had a few different guys over. Take a look at it. One of them wanted to replace the unit. The others had no clue what was going on with it. I had them out within a couple hours. They had my heater up and going again good service from good people I highly recommend them.

The owner is amazing! Drove from Kersey to Johnstown in the middle of the cold blast in a blizzard and fixed my Heather without up charging anything!
