Tom and Lorie were fantastic and did a great job on my carpets. They not only explained everything in detail PRIOR to beginning my cleaning, but kept me informed throughout the cleaning and went over everything after they were done. I highly recommend TLC to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

The crew showed up on time and were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They spent extra time to be careful not to damage anything inside our home. Tom took time to explain what he was doing. We were sent before and after photos and videos. There equipment and vehicle were modern and powerful, not just a shop vac type operation. I’m confident that our ducts have been cleaned as well as they can be. I would highly recommend TLC for your duct cleaning.

TLC did an outstanding job cleaning my dryer vent! They were incredibly thorough, ensuring the vent was completely clear all the way to the outside, and they even took the time to clean the dryer itself. The entire process was seamless—it was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment, and they had the job done within five days of my initial call. Having recently moved into a new home to us and having an infant and a toddler TLC came out to clean our air ducts and literally breathed life back into our home. They were very professional, diligent, thorough and were even very loving toward my dog. Don’t fall or the 99$ special duct cleaning like I did and give this local family owned business a call. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Before and after photos Tom took just to show the amazing work these folks do. They offer a variety of other services too which I will be utilizing in the future.

We have been using LHS for 3 years and have been members of their Preferred Service Program for a while now. We have called them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service and every technician has been exceptional. The service is reasonably priced and they are always above board and honest. I have and will continue to recommend them to all of my homeowner friends.

Woke up to our 1st snow fall for the winter and we had no heat! My elderly parents live with me! I called another heating company 1st and they couldn’t come to my house until Monday afternoon (today is Saturday). I scheduled an online appointment with Lion Home Service and Josh was at my house within a couple hours and had my heat up and running within 45 minutes of his arrival. He was very informative and efficient! I highly recommend Lion Home Service!

Taylor came out to clean our water heater but instead gave me his expert opinion and likely saved us lots of money. He also went above and beyond to tell me other potential issues in my 60 year home. I feel educated and supported after my visit with him. I 100% recommend.

This is an update from yesterday's review. When running our dishwasher we would have a leak under the sink. Scott came over yesterday and snaked the drain to the main line. Last night while running the dishwasher it leaked again. Lion guaranteed the work they did yesterday and Scott came back this morning. He was here for a couple of hours, and was successful in clearing out the blockage. I'm so thankful for his hard work and perseverance in helping us! We will definitely use Lion Home Service again in the future!

I called this morning reporting that the furnace was not working at my Mom's. She is 93! A technician was dispatched right away and was at her home within 2 hrs! Gabe was great, walked us through the problems and let us know options to fix the problems. Gabe submitted dates we were available for follow up repairs, and the date is set. Gabe was great and explained everything very clearly. Glad to be Lion Club members.

Woke up to a completely clogged shower drain. I was able to make an appointment, online, before they opened. Text messages to confirm time and location of technician, made the process seemless!! Scott was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable! This was our first time using Lion Home Service but we will absolutely use them again!! We wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Excelllent: They sent a picture of the technician prior to arrival. He arrived at the agreed on time and opened the septic tank and cleaned up the area when done. His demeanor was very professional and friendly. The price quoted ahead of the operation was slightly higher than the bill. The whole operation was excellent from initial contact to final operation.

I needed a certified electrician to rewire my two light fans for remote control. Lion has such a professional. He did both fixtures efficiently and effectively in less than an hour. In my opinion, the cost of repair was a little more than I thought was fair. However, I feel safe now and my piece of mind is worth more than money.

Lion Home Service is wonderful! Our technician was amazing. He knows his stuff. He brought us furnace filters and when checking out the furnace he blew a fuse. He fixed it and made sure it turned back on and was running before he left. Always on time when we make our appointments also!!

Excellent and courteous customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend Lion Home Service and will use them again for any future issues.

I had stated that the kitchen sink would hardly drain and that the plumbing underneath needed replaced because it was old and leaking. Plumbing was replaced but that did not fix the drainage issue. Technician said he could not snake the pipe, that a different technician would have to come and do that. I find it odd that a plumbing company does not come prepared to snake a pipe, especially since we leave in a rural area…at least an hour each way! Consequently, the main issue was NOT fixed. Paid a pretty price.
When asked what the warranty on the work would be, the technician said he thought it was 3 to 5 years. Come to find out, it’s only a 1 year.
Upside, technician was nice.
