We have had Lion Home Service do our septci tank for years. They are always very thorough and the tech is very professional. I really like that they send photos of their work. The before and after. I highly recommend Lion Service!

I was very disappointed with the service I received this time. The electrician missed 2 appointments and a tech came to install some smart sensors that I didn't know I was receiving. He did not explain that these were not a purchase but on loan. The plumber didn't do what he was supposed to do, but showed me there was water in the drip pan and told me I needed a new expansion tank and the cost would be $2212.55. The tank I had was the wrong size. I hired a licensed and insured plumber who charged $475.00. I sent you a check for $230.00 for a service call, $149.50 for the smart sensor and $29.95 for 1 month of a service contract. I don't think I owed any of this as I received no paperwork explaining all this. I have severed all ties with Lion Home Services. If you use their services, get everything in writing and keep a constant vigil on them when they're working.

From the initial sales meeting, thought the installation, my experience was comforting! There was excellent technical explanation in words I could understand. I was given several options to choose from along with the benefits of each, which made my choice easy and confident. The install was smooth and quick. I didn't even know they were in the attic. Performance of the fans is awesome! My wife cannot open the door if a window is not open while they are running! They suck big time!!
I am very happy with my decision to go wit Quietcool and LION.

Mark Hatfield explained every detail of the inspection he was conducting. He also explained the differences of the furnaces and their effectiveness and cost savings. There was no pushy sales tactics.

Mark came out to do a yearly check up on our furnace. He explained everything that he was checking step by step. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I called in the morning and there was someone at the house the same day! This is important when you can;t use your kitchen sink!! The service was professional and thorough. We have had no further issues.

Andrew was very personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my whole system and laid out my options. Would highly recommend!

I really appreciate the quick response on our request to get our system inspected and pumped out. Josh did a great job and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall it was a very good experience. I did have one issue, when i scheduled the service i was made aware if the pumping fee and the inspection fee. I was now aware that there was going to be an additional travel fee of $450 until Josh arrived on site. I didn't feel i had a choice at that time but ti agree to pay the fee. This did disappoint me. I would suggest in the future you make customers aware that there would be an additional fee for the travel.

Cody at Lion Home Service was excellent. I was able to schedule an appointment on very short notice (approx. 5 hours) when my A/C unit broke in 100 degree weather. They were very communicative about what time he would be at my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He went above and beyond to travel over 30 minutes away to get a part that was needed, so that we would not have to go without A/C another night. Highly recommend.

I was very surprised at how fast we received service. The technician was super friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable on any questions we had about our septic system. Top notch business, I would have given 10 stars if there was an option to.

The technician assigned to our project was on time and professional. The company carries some spare parts on their truck but didn't have the correct part for our project. He took the time to go to his supplier and get the correct part. Only took a few minutes, returned with the part and promptly installed it. When completed he tested everything and summoned me to check the completed job to make sure it was to my satisfaction. He cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving. Our technician was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of his job. He answered all my questions very cooperative. I would definitely use Lion Home Services again if I needed any plumbing work or repairs. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this project.

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't. They have always been great up till the last 2 times I've had to call them out. When you're quoted $29.99 on the phone then want to charge $500 dollars and you still dont know what the issue is. So much that you videoed with your boss, then quote me an outrageous price to fix and you dont even have the part? They have seriously lowered standards. Starting to think their techs skim off and take their own fee for working. My appointment got pushed back and I have told them I have an 18 month old with the flu. I have been without heat since 4 am. This company is scammy and now useless in my book. Which is a bummer cause I had a plan with them. Won't call them out again.

My thanks to Taylor from Lions Home Service and his professional opinion and guidance on a plumbing issue created by my homes builder. Being a tradesman myself but not in the plumbing trade Taylor explained the reasoning behind what the original installers did and what I could do as a work around to resolve my issue. I know I could count on the advice of a licensed plumber. Thanks Taylor for sharing valuable info with me and Lions for having an experienced staff.

The technician was great, the company cancelled our appointment for other customers so we had to wait for an extra day with no heat. We are service contract holders and still we didn't matter or maybe that's why since they had already made their money from ur. If it wasn't for the contract I would never use them again.

Joseph C was very personable and professional handling our faucest issue within minutes. He also took did a complete investigative walk through of all plumbing fixtures offering insight of a few items which will need attention this year. Will not hesitate to contact Joseph and Lion Home Service for future work.

I called this morning about a clogged main line drain and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician did a fantastic job snaking the line, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was flowing properly before leaving. Communication was clear from start to finish, they were professional, and respectful of my home. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Awesome guys and awesome service on my AC unit and walk in

Rude and seemingly lazy. Came out to service A/C on a home warranty claim after another company diagnosed the issues. He didn't even bother looking at the other company's report and ignored clear evidence of an oil leak and bad compressor. He was here for maybe 15 minutes.

EDIT: I fully understand that the company is limited by what the warranty service allows them to do. However, the warranty does not limit from taking off a cover to check for evidence of leaks or viewing the previously mentioned report. It did not seem like a thorough inspection in the slightest. The one star review is not because the unit was not fixed under the warranty, it is because there seemed to be no effort to find or address issues.

Great service! Gabriel was very knowledgeable. He was able to fit us in during the holiday time. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic work and they are helpful. They are willing to help and find ways to help you get back up and running. We haven't been without heat this winter. Love thos crew! They also installed our AC this summer and it's been amazing

A few days ago out AC stopped working and I called my home warranty. They sent this company over and they did a wonderful job. Nate was very professional and he fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business.
