Work up on a Saturday with no heat. called Nate and he was very responsive, showed up on time and had our furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company and for sure ask for Nate

I had a heat pump and gas furnace installed. Experience with Nate was great! I had lost heat with existing furnace and Nate stopped by same day to make sure I was covered. New system was installed within a couple days and Nate took the time to explain the heat pump and controls with me.

Our furnace inducer motor failed last Friday, so my wife and I called this company for a diagnostic. The technician came out, spent about 10–15 minutes checking our Payne furnace, then told us the inducer motor was bad and that the fan blades were “half missing.”
My wife specifically asked how much the part alone would cost, and he told her $700–$800. He then quoted $1,200+ total for the repair, claiming that was the price from his company’s “trusted parts supplier.” He also told us the part would take 3–5 days to come in.
While he was still in our home, I looked up the exact compatible inducer motor online and found it readily available for $100–$150, with next-day delivery.
When I questioned the pricing, he repeated that the part really cost $700–$800 and said that’s “just what it is.” I then stated that at that price, I’d rather install it myself. At that point, it was clear this wasn’t going anywhere. We paid the $90 diagnostic fee (which he said would be credited if we used them) and he left.
We ordered the part ourselves for $110, it arrived the next day, and I installed it in about 10 minutes. Furnace works perfectly.
I’m writing this review to warn others about companies that significantly inflate prices and rely on customers not knowing better. I’ve worked in the trades myself and left the industry for this exact reason—markups that are wildly out of proportion to the work being done.
If companies were more transparent and upfront, they wouldn’t lose jobs to homeowners who are capable of handling minor repairs themselves with basic tools and readily available information.
We didn’t “cheat” the system—we just didn’t get taken advantage of. We nowhave heat, and we saved over $1,000. I only allowed 1 star but if I could give 0 stars I would.

Great experience from start to finish. It was very cold weather and they came out quickly, which I really appreciated. They got the insulation done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. Very happy with the product and the overall experience. Highly recommend. Nate is an awesome guy!

Excellent customer service Barb was nice and very helpful she was able to have Harvey come in the next day early morning, Harvey explained in a way that was easy to understand what was going on with our a/c, and in less than on hr got it running again.

Fast, local and one of the nicest people you'll meet! Our heater was giving off a burning smell and then completely disconnected from the thermostat. He walked me through everything he was doing and what might be causing these things. Had the part we needed on hand and was able to get our heat back very quickly. Recommending to everyone we know!

I had a heating issue I thought was linked to my thermostat so I called DeLeon heating & air @ 6.30 am and Welby showed up a 1/2 hour later he carefully examined the thermostat and got it working again (most guys would have left at that point) but something didn't seem right so he went down to the furnace and it was making sounds it wasn't supposed to make and the burners weren't working right he cleaned the small orfaces & even pulled out the burners and cleaned them and nothing changed so he still did not give up he went and got more meters one being a carbon monoxide detector and it shot way up 10- 15 ppm that is extremely dangerous and can kill. At that point where is all the carbon monoxide coming from he said he went around the back of our townhouse and the furnace outtake had been covered by construction workers he uncovered it and re checked everything and that was the problem all along! Had Welby not been checking for everything this situation (the dangerous levels of carbon monoxide gas)could have killed my family & pets! Thank you Welby for not giving up and getting us out of harms way! May GOD bless you & your company. I highly recommend you call Welby @ Deleon heating & air, because he truly cares about his customers not the money!

In the matter of a couple hours Welby made it to my house troubleshooted and repaired my air conditioning unit then installed a new upgraded thermostat! All the while with a smile on his face and explained everything he was doing as I was full of questions. Great customer service!!!

Welby is exceptional! He has a service over business mentality. He is not it in the game just to make a buck. He is in it to make sure his clients feel taking care of. He follows up to make sure his clients are okay with his service. I can tell that he loves what he does and loves people (ex. clients).

Our dog bit our A/C wires on Sunday and couldn’t find companies that are open on the weekend. I found this company on Google and decide to text him. He responded quickly, got here quickly and explained to us the problem and things to do to keep our dog away. He also pointed out things he noticed that might soon brake. Really recommend and very friendly precession service. Happy early birthday
