Nolan and Ryan replaced my furnace this morning and everything went very smoothly. They arrived exactly on time and the time frame they gave me for the replacement was also what I had been told. Their work area was totally cleaned up when they left and both young men were very personable, knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions. I definitely give them five stars.

Sam gave us a great tuneup on our A/C system. He went through the specifics of their testing and explained what they look for in a healthy A/C. He even washed our permanent filter and gave us a temporary while it dried. Great service as usual!

We've had a great experience with everyone from Lemons! We first met Brian, who gave us an estimate for air conditioning and a water heater, and answered our millions of questions. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. The office ladies are very helpful and kind. When it was time for install, Marcus and Michael got it all done in a day. They both seemed very knowledgabe, thorough, and efficient. We are so thankful to now have air conditioning and that we ended up with such a great company. They were one of the most competitive quotes we got and we felt confident going with them due to all of their other great reviews. Thank you guys!!

15 years ago I called a competitor (1 hour Heating & Air) who said new unit was needed, and it would cost 7k-8k. Upon leaving they said they could take it apart so it was already to go with the replacement on Monday. I said no, as I had just lost my job and couldn't afford to do it. I called Lemon Heating & Air who came over, found it was only a $150 part that was needed. They replaced the part and the unit continued to work for another 7 years until it needed to be replaced. I will be forever grateful and have my trusted business for being honest in their business transactions! Highly recommend!

Our AC stopped working suddenly and Lemons was able to send out someone the very next day-even with us as new customers. Jordan was our guy and to say he was knowledgeable is an understatement. He truly is a master and expert at his craft, especially since our system is from 1998 and most likely obsolete in this day and age. He identified the problem, other areas to be concerned with, and what we can wait on to fix. He did not pressure us into the most expensive fix, and was absolutely understanding with our needs. We plan to be long time customers of Lemons, and are so grateful for their quick and timely assistance.

Lemon's always does great work. They communicate and they have competitive service rates. Every technician they send out is always friendly, professionally dressed, and informative. I can't recommend them enough. They really care about their clients and keeping the ones they win business from in the past.

Antonio game and checked out are furnace and made sure that it was firing and not overheating. Did a great job and it's been working ever since!

The service tech from Lemons "Marcus", did a nice job on cleaning my units and trouble shooting the issues with my Split AC units. Communication was great. He kept me informed along the way and help me understand the issue and also my system better!

My experience with these guys has been terrible. Completely unreliable. Never showed up on time, and I mean I was given a 4 hour window and they would show up 1-2 hours AFTER the 4 hour window - every time. What's the point of even scheduling anything? They try to fix something, then say they'll be back the next day only to call the next day to say they're too busy and will get to me when they get to me. They actually disconnected my AC unit then were "too busy" for an entire week before they came back to reconnect it, and that was only after I called twice. This is a brand new unit and it took them over a week after they installed it to figure out how to connect it to the google nest I already had in the house for the furnace. You'd think they would do a little planning to make sure that what they installed would work with the thermostat already in place, or at least be prepared with alternative wiring. No, they troubleshooted for a week after installing and blamed the nest - which was there before they installed the AC! They finally got the AC to work only to tell me that the heating won't work come winter. WHAT?!? What am I supposed to do with that? No solutions, no problem solving, just "well that sucks". I guess I'll have to wait till it gets cold to see if the furnace actually functions. I have never been so frustrated with a heating and cooling company in my life. I certainly won't be using them again, and have regretted using them in the first place. Don't waste your money or your time because both will be taken advantage of with this company.
