I had them out to do a clean and inspect on my HVAC system. The technician was timely clean and professional. About two weeks later I purchased a new thermostat and was having some trouble installing it. I called to set up a technician to come out and help me. They called me to try to get more information, and the fellow who called (Scott I think) was willing and able to talk me through it over the phone, thus saving me the expense of a visit from them.

It's so nice to know that there are companies out there that aren't just in it for the money. They could have easily charged me the $80 technician fee to just hook up one wire! I'm set for HVAC needs now. Plus I like that they're a locally owned company and not a franchise.

After waking up with no heat on a cold November morning, I called Greeley Furnace. They came out to my home within 2 hours and repaired my heater. I sincerely appreciated their timeliness and their friendly technician!

My experience is 2-fold.
My AC was not pushing out any cool air. The first tech checked my air filter (which clearly was dirty, but he said it was fine). Also did a diagnostic check inside/ outside. Said my freon was fine-- which it was not. Got alittle cool air, then it died the next day.i called back on Fri. Mark Martinez came earlier than I expected. He pulled the air filter out & cool air started coming thru my vents!! He said "this should have been changed. Clearly, it's dirty & was warped from the blower trying to push cool air thru."
Then he checked my freon level. It was alittle low, so he put in 1 lbs of refrigerant.
Thank you Mark for getting it right!! You are very knowledgeable & a huge asset to the company!!!
Your other tech needs more training in diagnosing problems.
I am now very satisfied & pleased with my service . Mark is excellent.

Excellent service from first contact with Aaron, the estimator, all of the office personnel, to the installation of my new AC and furnace by Luis and Luis Jr. All were very professional and courteous and answered all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process.
Extremely pleased with the product and service. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Scott Stevens is an amazing business man, he cares so much about his customers and this community. As a business woman in Greeley that has had major HVAC issues the last couple months I can assure you this company will not let you down. They have been there to fix every problem we have had, they also have fixed problems that were not their responsibility to fix. The passion they have to help people and to stand behind their work is incredible, I have never worked with a more ethical group of people .

I chose Greeley Furnace to fix a zone in my hot water heating system because I thought they were the company that installed my air conditioning system several years back. I was wrong.

MY COMPLAINT: the problem was a small motor that opens/closes the hot water in that zone. The installer said they didn't supply the single part, but he did have the whole motorized valve system. He took the part that I had already concluded was the problem and replaced it. To my chagrin, that part cost me over $400 plus the $100 service call--- over $500.00 including the service charge. About 30 minutes for the total repair.

When I complained about the price, the Greeley Furnace representative said the standard hourly rate was two hours for the job. The repairman took no more than 30 minutes.

When I complained about the $400+ price I was being charged for the part, the company rep claimed he had to pay around $200 for the part. Utter nonsense.---- I found this same part on the internet, many places, the exact same part, was for sale to me for $50 to $65. The little motor, about the size of a half dollar, was available everywhere I looked for under $25. Understand, this is the RETAIL price, what I would have to pay for it, not the wholesale price Greeley Furnace pays..

Be careful if you intend to use Greeley Furnace. Do your due diligence. They ripped me off. Paying at least X8 for that part, I won't use them ever again. That markup was just too much.

I was hit by the bad hail storm the first of August. I live in a rural location, usually takes a week to get any service, but Greeley Furnace came out right away, my air conditioner needed replaced. Within a couple days, it was in and running. Everyone did an awesome job for me. From the salesman to the installers. I didn't have to suffer through the 100+ degree weather without a.c. I was very thankful for that. I recommmend this company.

During a recent, very hot spell, my A/C wasn’t working. I called Greeley Furnace for an appointment to have it checked out.

A technician came over, checked my system, but it had frozen up and no diagnostics could be made that day. The next day, a diagnosis was made and repairs were done.

The technicians were professional, thorough in explaining the issues and very friendly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I will definitely use Greeley Furnace in the future.

The service provided by Greeley Furnace has been remarkable. Keith came out in the late summer to give me a quote on replacing the original furnace in my rental property built in 1953...we called it the green monster. Keith's quote was thorough and certainly fair. What i appreciated the most was their offer of a lifetime warranty if I continued signed up for their maintenance program - which I always do so it was a win win.

The furnace installed was SO much more efficient than the one they replaced that it began to blow all sorts of dust and debris that accumulated in the ductwork free causing the filters to become extremely clogged and consequently a furnace malfunction. Matthew came out TWICE to address the issue. I have since had the ductwork cleaned and all is running smooth.

I would highly recommend Greeley Furnace.

I advise any one in the Greeley area to NOT use Greeley Furnace.

In 2014 Greeley Furnace recommended and sold me an AC unit that was half the size my house needed to cool my house. Since day one I have complained to them that my AC was not cooling my house. They gave me a million excuses but not once did they tell me my AC was not cooling my house because it was too small for my house.

Finally I got a second opinion. Not only is my unit too small but it works so hard to attempt to cool my house that the air compressor shuts off and is nothing but a great big fan blowing the hot air in.

I strongly advise to all my Greeley friends to avoid Greeley Furnace. Every representative from that company has lied to me

Luis and Luis Jr were great installers. They did a very professional job and I am completely satisfied with their work. They kept their work area clean and was able to answer all my questions about the job. I'm very happy with my new furnace and I can't wait to see how the new Air Conditioner will perform in the summer months. However, given how well the furnace installation went, i don't have any doubts that it won't exceed my expectations. I got bids from a few other contractors around town. Their bid wasn't the cheapest, but came in at a very competitive price and I feel that I got a lot more value from their proposal over the competition. I'm sure they would work with you if price was your number 1 concern. I decided that going with the High Efficiency equipment was worth the additional investment. In addition, they did properly size my furnace through their load calculations. Keith was very knowledgeable on his calculations and eased my concerns. As an Engineer myself, I was skeptical that downgrading from a 100,000 btu furnace to a 60,000 btu furnace would not keep my house warm enough, but here i am sitting in complete comfort as I write this review. Thank you for your hard work and I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a HVAC upgrade.

I’ve been having problems with my heating and cooling for a very long time. I’ve called multiple services to see about getting things done and they’ve all given different opinions. I was about to give up, but this company sent a man named Rob to my house who was dead set on getting the issue resolved. If there was a new issue that would show up, he would not only inform me right away, with no signs of excuses, but he flawlessly took care of all issues I had. He was also super genuine and kind. We had a new a/c unit installed and also had our old furnace replaced at the same time. I was very satisfied with the installation and the personnel doing the work. They were efficient and cleaned up the area when they were finished. I have recommended them to a next door neighbor who also had his A/c and furnace replaced, and he was equally pleased with your company. Service Technician Louis Aguirre and his assistant Jr. replaced and installed our daughter's old furnace and air conditioning units. Completed in less than two days, very professional and courteous individuals who did a wonderful job most impressed. Really disappointed that after having an urgent service appointment scheduled they called 1hr before service time to cancel. Was told it was too cold to troubleshoot AC, when in fact my problem was with neither the heat or AC coming on. With freezing temps coming and a tenant without heat, I had asked to still have a technician come out to at least take a look. Was flat out told "No" they would not send anyone.
Another wonderful company in town told me they would be happy to take a look, even though there would be limitations to what they could troubleshoot with the AC. Due to their help, my tenant now has heat on this chilly day!
Really unimpressed Greeley Heating and Air was unwilling to even send a tech out for a scheduled appointment.

When we moved to our home 4 yrs ago we noticed the previous owners used Greeley Furnace on a regular basis for their HVAC needs. So we decided to keep it going and we have used them ever since. We have no complaints and we have always been happy with their service. Always on time, very professional, great value and very honest. Thank you Greeley Furnace!

I was so thoroughly impressed with the service! My elderlyin-laws AC unit was in the end not salvageable. But...after doing everything they could to help, the owner, Scott, called me to say that while he's happy to continue patching it, we would just be throwing good money after bad, and that since it's still cooling, it's best to use it as long as they're able...he also assured me that it was safe to do so.
The honesty and integrity in that one phone call was what convinced me that in the future I would only use Greeley Furnace for any HVAC needs. We exchanged phone calls and visits for about 3 weeks total and throughout, I was made to feel like a person and a client that mattered, rather than as though I was just a number as so many companies these days treat their customers. Kudos to Scott and his team...other business owners could learn a lot from them.

As a Realtor I have used Greeley Furnace to have a furnace replaced, have maintenance completed, etc. Scott, the owner, just blew me away this past month as did the service manager. I had tried another company to supposedly save my Seller some money for a routine service and maintenance. That company red flagged the furnace and it took many steps to remove that red flag. Excellent replacement of heating and A/C system which included installation of a Rheem high efficiency furnace, compatible A/C, and smart thermostat. Removal, reinstall, and testing took two days. On day 1, Jake and Richard did most of the removal. On day 2 they were joined by Luis and his son Luis Jr to complete the installation. The entire procedure was highlighted by the professional, competent performance of all four Greeley Furnace employees. I am enjoying this substantial upgrade immensely and strongly recommend Greeley Furnace and all four of these professional employees.

I recently had my heater serviced with Greeley Furnace. Aaron Kelly was service provider. He was excellent. He was able to clean and adjust the heater and now it works better than ever. Thanks Aaron!
