We recently had some issues with our 22 year old furnace. I called Lemons and spoke with Karen. She quickly got us set up with a same day inspection.

Jordan arrived not much later, upon further inspection it made more sense to replace, rather than throwing money at something that would give us continued problems down the road.

Brian gave us multiple options to look at and decide what best fit our needs and budget. He took the time to to explain all the differences and benefits.

After deciding on our configuration we set up a date for install. Being we were with out heat, Lemons made sure to get us in as soon as possible as colder Temps were coming quickly.

Three days later, Brock, Chris and Nolan showed up to install the new HVAC system for us. The crew was quiet and mindful of our pets. They we very clean, professional, and efficient in explaining the new system they installed and answered any questions we had.

Marcus swung by today to assist with some Bluetooth questions regarding our thermostat, also wanted to state the continued text messaging updates helped keep us in the loop minimizing confusion or time constraints.

We plan on using Lemons for our future needs and maintenance. Would recommend to my friends, family, and locals.

Very expensive. Charged $95 for trip charge then $129 to discover no gas and turn on valve at propane tank and then light and watch (granted, maybe this dummy deserves to be overcharged for such a stupid oversight). Maybe $129 so high because job was 15 miles from their shop but that wasnt indicated on the invoice. I'll be on the lookout for a more affordable alternative. Giving 3 stars because they did the job as requested.

Lemons worked on a large project upgrading the entire HVAC system in my older home. My sales contact, Brian, is incredibly knowledgeable. The technicians have been very professional and on time. When there was a glitch in the project, they went above and beyond to take care of everything. Highly recommend.

Here are before and after photos of the final part of my HVAC overhaul. Last year, Lemon’s swapped out the aging AC for a heat pump unit and put in the proper sized air handler (previous one was too small), along with a few minor updates. This year we finished by replacing the 1963(!) boiler, swapping the aging water heater for a heat pump water heater, and moved a baseboard unit that had prevented my front door from opening properly.

The new system is designed for easy access and is much less cluttered. It is also designed with multiple shutoffs for easy repairs should issues arise in the future. It feels like a luxury having a system new enough to use modern thermostats, replacing the ancient, inaccurate 1960’s mercury thermostats! Plus it’s just nice to no longer worry about a 62 year old boiler crapping out in the dead of winter.

As always, Brian (sales) and Karen (front office) were amazing and worked with my schedule. Techs (Glen, Chris, & Brock) were knowledgeable, on time each day, as unobtrusive as possible with a project like this, and made sure not to let my pets escape during the many trips in and out of the house. They also gave me a full run-down at the end of how to use everything, how to get max efficiency with the system, and maintenance tips I never knew.

I was so fortunate that there was a cancellation and a technician could come out on the morning that I called with a furnace system problem! Thanks to Jordan, he was on-time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he found. I will always use Lemons for my heating and cooling needs!!

Lemons Heating & Cooling has been great to work with. The office team is kind and made scheduling super simple. Marcus showed up exactly when he said he would, got the job done fast, and was easy to talk to. They’ve also done work for us at another house in the past and the experience was just as good. Lemons heating and air was highly recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! The project manager came right away and took measurements and explained everything . He answered my questions and gave me options all of which were very fair. The installation was 2 days later and the workmen were efficient and explained operating procedures for the new system. I will continue working with them for maintenance on this equipment in the future.

My heater went out just two nights ago, I called Lemons and later that day Jordan came by to see what was what. He was incredibly helpful and taught me a lot about the unit and the general upkeep that I should do. 10/10 recommend Lemons as a company, and specifically Jordan for being so kind and patient with my lack of knowledge.

Just had Glenn and Martin out to replace a worn out blower motor on my Geothermal Heating unit. These guys are professional, experienced, provided as much training as needed, to make me feel comfortable, and honored the scheduling commitments that were originally given. I even threw them a curve ball, when I asked for advice on our humidifier system. They, once again, went above and beyond to SOLVE MY PROBLEM! It is so refreshing to deal with a company that does what they say they're going to do, and they do it for a reasonable price. I call that VALUE! We had an excellent experience with Lemons Heating and Cooling. When our new furnace and air conditioner system wasn’t working properly, Jerry Lemons, the owner, personally came out along with Jordan to address our concerns.

They truly went above and beyond—taking the time to listen, thoroughly explain what was going on, and make sure all issues were fully addressed. They didn’t rush, answered every question we had, and made us feel confident moving forward. They also scheduled future check-ins, which really shows how much they care about their customers and the quality of their work.

Terrible company. Quotes an $89 service fee Plus parts for repair but does not tell you they mark up parts 1000%. I needed a new ignitor which was at Home Depot for $40. This company wanted to charge $315. They acknowledged they drastically marked up parts and said it’s because they need to pay for trucks, labor and other business expenses. When I told them not to install they pulled other parts off my furnace unrelated to the ignitor and left them sitting on the floor.

My furnace was not working when I returned home from work and apparently had not been working all day. The service tech, Ned, came to my house that evening and diagnosed the problem. He would have fixed the furnace that night, but they did not have the part in stock, but was able to make a temporary fix and left me with space heaters to help keep my house warm. He picked up the part the next morning and had the furnace fixed by 10:00.

Dishonest price gougers. The service tech they sent cut our exhaust pipe without asking permission, then taped it afterwards so it looks dumb now. Something else I have to fix. Ralph, the service tech, diagnosed a bad pressure switch, when I asked how much a part like that cost, he told me he had no idea. How do you not no what a common part like that cost if this is what you do for a living? 45 min later told us he couldn't fix the problem but was able to charge $90 for nothing, but said he would come back in a couple days to fix the problem for at least $200. Wow. I searched online for the part and found it for less than $40. We contacted M.D. Heating and Air and they sold us a pressure switch and I installed it in less than 10 minutes. Use Greeley Furnace if you like someone lying to your face and getting ripped off.

Greeley furnace installed a new A/C unit for me. Chief and his partner worked all day to do the install right. They corrected all the mistakes from the original installers and made sure the unit was setup right. I was very happy with the entire process.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them at 8:30 pm because our furnace igniter broke. No where around our area sold the part that late at night as most places were closed. It was pretty cold out and our house temperature was dropping pretty quickly. We have a young child and a baby that we were worried about getting cold in the night so we had the on call tech paged. The tech that called us was very rude and ended up saying that we were calling after hours and he was going to charge us differently because of that. I explained to the tech that all we needed was a new igniter and my husband knew how to put it on. I asked him if we could just buy the part from him and my husband could put it on himself. The tech was very rude with us and said no. He said he was going to charge us $380.00 to come out and do it himself. They definitely take full advantage of someone in a rough situation. We did not use their services and ended up putting space heaters in our kids rooms and going to get the part the next day. The part was only $22.00. I will not be using this company any time soon.

I am the manager at StoreItWise @Ashcroft and my name is Judit. Yesterday(despite the high cost), I had recieved an excellent service from Greeley Furnace - our heating furnace wasn't working so I called GF in the morning to schedule a time to have someone do a diagnostic on the issue. I was very surprised that GF was willing to schedule a technician to come to my location same day, later in the evening at 4pm. After getting off the phone with them, 3 mins later I recieved another call from a technician by the name of Matthew who stated he would show up in the next 5mins. instead of the original scheduled plan. Thats no exaggeration. I was blown away by the fast response I was getting from the company and for someone to show up at such short notice. I mean.... WOW! Huge shout out to Matthew for his willingness to respond fast and gave us a prompt service! He explained a few important matters about the furance and was very time efficient with his work. He also had new parts to install the thermocouple. He was well prepared and on top of the game! Definitely deserves a reward for that! Thank you to both GF for your fast response & Mathew for your amazing services! We know we can depend on you. We appreciate your business and look forward to using your services again in the future.

Our AC , which Greeley Furnace installed in 2015, was not cooling on a Saturday afternoon. I called in the morning and a tech was there before 4:30 at the end of a long day of emergency calls. I considered that good service.

My furnace vent fan broke last week. I called at 8am, repair man Eric Johnson came and had new parts installed by 10:30am. Furnace runs smooth and quiet now, thanks so much for keeping my family warm and being available the same day.
