This is the most service oriented business there is in Greeley. We had an AC unit installed last May, and have had two service technicians at our house since then, and all three times we received impeccable service. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, well trained, and left things cleaner than when they arrived. I also like their obvious integrity.They could have sold me a furnace, but said with honesty that I didn't need one yet. That spoke volumes to me. Replacement of our several decades old furnace and A/C system was performed by a coordinated team of courteous and experienced professionals.

The process began at our home with Keith asking about our budget, energy efficiency and comfort goals and ended with an installation bid. He inventoried things like our home square footage, window surface area and orientation, air duct locations, and insulation to calculate our heating and cooling requirements. We knew already that we wanted a Rheem system after reviewing several heating/cooling brand comparisons online and from owning two Rheem water heaters. We ended up selecting a high-efficiency furnace with a variable speed motor. Keith's software determined that we needed a slightly smaller AC unit than our current one. The father and son installation team Luis Sr. and Luis Jr. removed the old system, installed the new system and a smart thermostat. It took 2.5 days and both gentlemen were skilled and happy to answer questions. The furnace and A/C operate at MUCH lower noise levels than the old system and the smart thermostat is intuitive. The system also qualifies for a high- efficiency rebate from ATMOS. Lulu, Production Manager, filled out the rebate paperwork technical details for us; I call that service!

We have used Greeley Furnace twice this year. The first was this summer when our A/C quit working. The technician who came out was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We told us we just needed a new compressor, and didn’t try to sell us a new unit, cleaned it up and recommended until the unit just died to replace. The second time was this past week, routine maintenance on the furnace/ humidifier system. Again the technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We moved into a home with a 20+ year old system and explained how our humidifier worked, when we would need to change the filter, and tuned up the furnace. Never once tried to sell us something we didn’t need. We will continue to use Greeley Furnace for our HVAC needs. Their staff truly makes the difference!

Greeley Furnace just installed an air conditioner in my home. From the estimate through installation I was very pleased. Aaron who provided the estimate took great lengths (measuring, explaining how the system works, etc.) to explain the requirements to get the best results in cooling my home. The team who installed the unit (Luis and son) did excellent work and cleaned the area upon completion. Totally professional work from the estimate to the completion of the job. I'm very satisfied with my new system and ready for the hot weather.

I used Greeley Furnace for rountine maintenance on my really old furnace & A/C units since I bought my home 4 years ago. I recently bought a new furnace and A/C. Keith came to my home, assessed my HVAC needs and gave me an estimate shortly thereafter. Richard installed both units and was so nice, knowledgeable. He was amazingly patient when I changed the location of the A/C unit at the last minute. He quickly got an estimate for that change and arranged for an electrician to come out the next day. Another plus is that Richard likes dogs and was friendly & kind to my old dog!

I have used Greeley Furnace for many, many years. Today I needed to have a new furnace installed. Keith was extremely helpful in helping me decide exactly what I needed. He did not try to persuade me to spend more. Today Richard installed the furnace. As has been true with every tech I have had to my home, he was very professional, friendly, and hard working. Called Greeley Furnace on 9/1 as my AC stopped working and they put me on the schedule to send out a tech that Afternoon. Received a text message that Mark was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and quickly found the problem. He then reviewed the cost to repair it and approved the repair it. About 40 minutes from arrival to repair. Great job Mark.
Greeley Furnace installed my furnace and AC 18 years ago when I built this home and this is the first problem I have ever had with the AC and only one minor problem with the furnace. Because I have had a maintenance agreement with Greeley Furnace all these years and they come twice a year check out and service my furnace and AC I believe this why I have some few problems. Greeley Furnace is a reapable company and I would encourage you to contact them to do your repairs or when you need a new furnace or AC.

Not thorough in diagnosing furnace continues to short cycle and give error code.

I have used Greeley Furnace for a number of years for maintenance of both air conditioning and heating. They have saved me from breakdowns and more expensive repairs by making sure everything is in the best working condition as well as thoroughly cleaning the equipment. Their customer service is excellent whenever I speak to them by phone or in person. They take photos to show before and after of any repairs necessary. They keep appointment times, email a photo of the technician when that person is on the way and the technician also calls when 10-15 minutes away. I highly recommend them.

My furnace wasn’t working, a little stressed since I didn’t have heat and wasn’t sure how expensive the repairs would be.

I just used Greeley Furnace Co.'s services for the first time today and and very happy with their service. Boiler-based heating system stopped working in a rental property I own. They answered the phone professionally, and were able to give me a window that started just 2 hours from the time I called. Their representative was actually there even sooner. Upon dispatch, I received a text message that provided me a picture and profile of my representative, which made the visit more comfortable. Problem was diagnosed quickly and able to be fixed onsite. Fair price and friendly service.

I recently bought a new furnace and A/C. The installers, Richard and Diego were great. They were friendly and I immediately felt at ease with them. They also very professional, with a good work ethic and their quality of work was magnificent. They had the easy confidence of people who knew what they were doing. Very good service from the first visit to the installation of my new heater during this very cold spell. They lent us space heaters to get us through the gap days. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Mark and Richard did a great job on installation day. Very thorough in explaining what they did and instructions afterward. Very patient with all of our questions. So glad I went through this company.

Greeley Furnace is great! One of our two furnaces quit working during the recent arctic blast. A technician came out the same day we called and spent time diagnosing the problem. It turned out that a part needed to be replaced so the burners would stay on. He left to try to find the replacement part. In the meantime, Greeley Furnace sent another person out with some space heaters for us to use. Next day it was learned that parts were not available due to the age of the furnace. Greeley Furnace then sent out another technician to measure the house and do calculations for the proper size of a new furnace. The furnace was ordered late that afternoon for an early pick up the next day. The father and son installation team arrived about 10 am and worked diligently through the day to take out the old furnace and to have the new furnace installed and operating by about 5:30pm. They then stayed later to explain what they did regarding the furnace installation and to show us how to use the new programmable thermostat. Everyone we had contact with from the office staff, technicians, and installation crew were very friendly, customer oriented, and focused on getting the new furnace installed as soon as possible. The space heaters helped keep pipes from freezing along with providing some heat in that part of the house. Greeley Furnace also provided routine maintenance on the furnaces and ac several months prior to the replacement. That technician spent several hours doing a detailed service. We are very pleased with Greeley Furnace and will continue to use them. We would also not hesitate to recommend them if you are having a problem. We want to give many thanks to Greeley Furnace Co. for taking care of us the way they did.

On the coldest day, thus far, my 30 plus year old heater decided it's done working. I was referred by my boss to to Greeley furnace and was not disapointed. Annie and Parker, both helped me so much. I will be keeping the number for any future needs. They had me up and running in no time.

New years eve my furnace started acting up. So I decided to call Greeley furnace at 9:00 on New Year's Day by 10:00 my furnace is up and running. These guys always help me out in the times that I need. They are fast as you could see very efficient. I always recommend Greeley furnace over anyone else.

I was looking for a company that would do a complete inspection on my HVAC. I called Greeley Furnace, and I am glad I did. Rob took close to two hours to completely dismantle my unit, and clean it inside and out, as well as check all the pressures, etc. I was very happy with the job Rob did. The previous time I had my HVAC looked at, that company's employee checked the freon pressure and left. I will be using Greeley Furnace from now on, and will refwer people to this company.
