We used A to Z for air conditioning repair and would highly recommend them to any one else. We have a mini split system that stopped working and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. They explained the repairs that were needed, and scheduled the repair. Just a few days later they had a cancellation and called to see if they could come over earlier. The repair was done quickly and advised us that we still had a few years left before we would need to look into AC replacement. They did not try to upsell or charge us for more than what was required. When the time comes that we need to replace our air conditioner we will be sure to use A to Z. If we need a furnace tune up or furnace repair in the future they will be our first call.

Derek, Anthony, April, Levi, Shaun and Ryan are absolutely the best, hands down. I've utilized their maintenance services for years, and understood back then that this a company that is top notch in every way. They go "above and beyond" at all times, and take as much time needed to answer every question I had and do a quality job. As a bonus, I've gained friendships with a number of their staff, and always look forward to seeing them when they come out to service my unit. AtoZ just finished a five-head mini split system in our Red Feather Lakes home. The install was very challenging, and Derek and crew worked super hard to hide all of the large bundle of pipes inside of walls etc - it all looks great! The attention to detail was superb, and they did a fantastic job of putting all of belongings in place just as they found them and cleaning up once the install was completed. Derek did a very thorough job of showing me how to control the system even including an app that allows us to monitor and control the temperatures from our other home. We HIGHLY recommend them!

I bought my Daikin HVAC unit during the pandemic at which time very little was available for an American HVAC system. I learned about Daikin, researched it, and called A to Z. They came out and evaluated my home and needs. It was winter and our furnace was close to being non-functional. A to Z helped me choose the perfect unit and they had it installed quickly. I have had the unit for several years now and I absolutely love it! Works like a charm, extremely efficient, quiet, easy to adjust at the thermostat or remotely by phone, and excellent customer service. April is always pleasant and very professional. Service visits are excellent, and I am on an annual Furnace/AC maintenance plan which is perfect. If you are looking for a high quality, reliable and reasonably priced HVAC with numerous options - think about a Daikin. And I highly recommend A to Z Heating and Cooling.

Derek and his crew was the most professional installs I've ever had. From the beginning with his communication, to the end with his walk-through of how my new heat pump system works was top notch. I used to work for a custom home builder in a high end community and this was a better install than our contractors were performing. Derek also helped diagnose my existing furnace without an upcharge. I would give over 5 stars if possible and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Communication, timing, cleanliness, and budget awareness, you won't find anyone better. Thank you Derek and team!
