I have nothing bad to say about Nixon and the Fireside crew. We used him last year for a repair and called him back this year for an AC replacement, fast and dependable service! Highly recommend for any HVAC or Furnace needs.

Can’t say enough positive things about the job Nixon did. Within 24 hours of answering my call, he performed an HVAC diagnosis, gave me a super competitive quote, and completed the work to perfection. Very responsive and transparent. Will definitely use his services again in the future.

Finding a professional to do complicated installations like a full HVAC system replacement can be really stressful but when we met Nixon, we knew right then and there that he was our guy. I'm normally very cautious and like to take my time making a decision but I had no reservations after meeting him. He explained everything in great detail and is very knowledgeable with 10+ years of experience.

When our AC stopped working, Nixon came out within the hour. He was very honest, recommending a full HVAC replacement—which we knew was necessary since our system was over 20 years old—but he never used fear tactics or pressured us to buy. Instead, he presented us with options: pushing it off another year with a simple and inexpensive fix of replacing the capacitor or investing in a new system to avoid future issues. He did not treat us any differently when we considered the temporary fix.

We ultimately decided to proceed with a full replacement and he came out the following week with his employee, Chris.

They wore shoe coverings and were both so respectful of our home. Everything was cleaned up and left exactly the way it was.

Nixon's prices are among the best - if not the best - around, especially considering the high quality of service. He offers a personal 5-year labor warranty on his work so he definitely takes his time making sure everything is done correctly.

His response times are incredibly quick (within the hour), which I really appreciated. He also kept us informed throughout the installation and took his time explaining how it works and how to maintain it.

This is a fantastic and honest small business that I absolutely recommend.

Fireside put in a new hvac and furnace for me. The cost was well under competitors for the same brands, and the service was excellent. You can pay a premium to work with a big company just looking to put you through their revenue engine if you want, but with Fireside you get people obsessed with their trade, rapidly responsive and willing to go the extra mile for quality and service. Highly recommended.

Nixon helped me with the issue that I have. Not only was his professionalism great he helped me understand the problem. The downside is that my problem is bigger than expected.Without his expertise and ability to correctly troubleshooting skills we wouldn’t have gotten this diagnosed in a timely fashion. This is the only company I will be using from here on as long as Nixon is with the company. Take good care of your good ones!!!

Nixon did an awesome good installing our new furnace and his pricing is so much lower than the big companies. His communication was excellent in setting up our appointment He fast and efficient and left no mess. Highly recommended his work and expertise.

We used Fireside Heating & Cooking twice in the last 3 months since we moved from CT. Three days after moving in our AC broke. The service rep Nixon came out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the issue. He then helped us go through insurance to get a new unit. Nixon installed the unit within a few days and explained what the old problems were and how the new unit worked. The type of unit has been working great and we are completely satisfied.

We also hired Fireside H&C to install a humidifier in our house. One again Nixon was the technician and he did a great job installing the unit and explaining how it works.

The prices for both jobs were very reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Fireside Heating & Cooling and especially Nixon who is a great technician.

Nixon arrived on time and was very courteous. He cleaned our furnaces and explained what he was doing and why. He helped us fix a gas leak in our water heater at no charge. We were definitely glad to have found someone so reliable and we'll definitely use again.

It was a tremendous experience working with Fireside Heating & Cooling. The team replaced our air conditioning. They were extremely fast, responsive, and very well priced. Additionally, they came out a couple of days before the replacement arrived and got a few more good working days out of our old unit since it was 90+ degrees. Great company and highly recommend!

Great experience with this company. Nixon was very responsive and his quote was very reasonable. The install was scheduled and done quickly. After the install there was a slight issue with my thermostat and they helped me fix the problem right away. Highly recommend!

Nixon was amazing. Our AC went out in our mechanic shop and had 2 companies before Fireside come out and quote me twice as much as well as told us that the part is 14 days out. Nixon came in for an appointment and noticed our ac was not working. He took a look at our ac and gave us a quote and got us in within 2 days and fixed out ac that has been out for about 2 months now. Nixon was very knowledgeable and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend this company!

Nixon was a straight shooter and gave me all my options. Never pressured us one way or another. Got a few quotes and his was most competitive on each option and never felt like there was any sacrifice in install quality or part quality. He fixed a lot of unrelated things on his dime to make sure we were best positioned, and best of all our cooling has significantly improved. Will recommend.
