Awesome service! Raush was amazing. He came over multiple times to diagnose the problem with our furnace, once on Sunday and he got it working perfectly just as we had our first snow! Highly recommend!

I've used this company a few times, and each time I am happy I have asked them to come back. This round was just a diagnosis and "check up" on both Furnaces BEFORE the coldest day to be sure all is working properly. No upselling which is what I really like. Very conscientious and skilled techs.

I was connected with HVAC Guy through my home warranty. They were able to come out within 2 days of my request and were very thorough. HVAC Guy diagnosed some additional issues and actually fixed everything - the drainage was wrong, etc. HVAC Guy worked efficiently and cleaned up well. I will be using this company for my future HVAC needs!

Nixon, the owner of Fireside Heating and Cooling, came to our home to clean out Our dryer vent. He was very efficient and did a thorough job in a short amount of time. He was friendly and respectful and really knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company.

Nixon communicated promptly around schedule and scope changes. Additionally, the crew showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. The job was done speedily and they made some adjustments real-time based on my feedback without changing the estimate. I would recommend Fireside Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for professions ducting and HVAC services and plan on using them again.

He then came back to reattach the ducting to the laundry center that got delivered. Can't say enough good things about the service!

We had an excellent experience with Fireside Heating and Cooling! Our AC had stopped cooling properly, and they quickly diagnosed the issue as a refrigerant leak, likely due to a problem with the condenser unit. On top of that, we’d also been having trouble with our furnace over the winter — it kept locking out after running for only 10 minutes. The technician found a problem with the heat exchanger and took the time to clearly explain everything to us.

What really stood out was how honest and thorough the technician was. He showed us proof of the issues, explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand, and never made us feel like we were being upsold or pressured.
