Wow - what can I say. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them 15. Where do I start. The professionalism, the focus on providing a complete exam of the AC units, the time they took (over 3 hours), the care that they took coming and going in/out of the house. The way that they explained and SHOWED me the issues. How they fixed what the previous AHS service provided left undone (even when I sent them pictures and complained to AHS and still nothing was done to resolve it). I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point.
I have to say, that I was very skeptical at first with a company by the name of HVAC Guy - it sounds like a very small, low priced, business - but boy was I WRONG.

We had an exceptional experience with this HVAC company. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about their nearly perfect 5-star rating, but they truly exceeded our expectations. They arrived promptly and demonstrated an incredible level of care and compassion throughout the entire process. Not only did they expertly replace our furnace at the last minute, but they also went above and beyond by tidying up meticulously and addressing additional issues they noticed in the furnace room.

The team made us feel as if we had called upon family for help—they were attentive and dedicated to ensuring we had heat.

The service call was on time, they were extremely knowledgeable and through and we're very pleasant to work with. They checked on all aspects of my system and the price is extremely reasonable. The HVAC mechanic spent less than 15 min at my house. No invoice was left, and he pretty much ran out of my house, only told me my furnace had no issues. I was suprised and disappointed with the service I received.

The team who came out, diagnosed our failing AC, and then came back to install the replacement system were simply great. The quality of the installation, the care they took in our home, the timeliness of thier arrival, and the focus in getting the job done was very professional. Michelle was awesome with answering all of my questions and keeping us informed. Easily recommend this team for anyone else looking for an HVAC pro.

HVAC Guy was sent to me through the home warranty company. They spent the whole 20 min at the property and reported "system dirty, need to come back after it's clean for diagnosis". In subsequent communications, Raushan insisted that the lack of maintenance was on my side and that the equipment was "serviceable" for cleaning and should have been done by home owner.. This was contrary to what I've been told in the past by different contractors. Eventually, he sent me a message saying that "they were not interested in working on my equipment".

Home Warranty company sent me another contractor for a second opinion, who refuted the claim that HVAC Guy said - the system was not serviceable by homeowners for cleaning and required "cutting the coils out of the furnace to be serviced". They successfully diagnosed the issue and I'm not working with the home warranty company on further steps.

Because of HVAC Guy, I've lost a week of time during the hottest days of the summer and quite a bit of time getting everything figured out and rescheduled with the home warranty company. Extremely unprofessional experience resulting in a lot of frustration and unnecessary time wasted.

We were beyond frustrated after dealing with another local HVAC company that our home maintenance provider originally assigned to us. For over a week, they ignored phone calls and appointment requests during a heat wave. Finally, the maintenance company called HVAC Guy, and the difference was night and day.

They offered to come out the same day (in the middle of a heat wave!), but we scheduled for the next morning. Rustam, our technician, arrived early, got right to work, sourced the necessary parts, and had our AC back running that same day. I honestly expected it would take two weeks or more—between high demand and parts needing to be ordered—but HVAC Guy made it happen in hours.

They couldn’t have done a better job. Rustam was professional, efficient, and clearly knew his stuff. HVAC Guy is a model for how service companies should operate. From now on, they’ll always be my first call

Our AC unit was not working. American Home Shield assigned HVAC Guy for the repair. They were very professional in changing the parts and get the unit working. Our cooling fins were extremely dirty for which we had to pay their charges. Though these charges were high, it was essential to get it done. HVAC cleaned the fins thoroughly with chemicals and we are back in business.

Can't say enough about this team. We had some complicated venting issues to accomodate an addition we're building and HVAC Guy went above and beyond. I'm talking working LATE for 3 nights in a row to make sure we were taken care of. All the while, all three lovely men were just that - kind, curteous, not at all an imposition. They were wonderful with my pup, cleaned up beautifully, and did a really stellar job in less than ideal circumstances. Call them - you won't be disappointed!

The HVAC Guy team did a great job on our system installation. They paid great attention to detail and took extra time to make sure everything was done above and beyond our expectations. The team did a great job with communication and let is know what our best options would be for our situation. Raush also followed up the next day to be sure that all was working well and attended to a small detail that needed to be adjusted. We are so thankful for this company!

HVAC Guy came out to address why our AC was not cooling. They quickly determined that the freon was low and needed to be refreshed. They thought it would take between one and two pounds of freon to get the unit working properly. They gave us a quote per pound and told us if it was going to take over two pounds they would not continue without our authorization. It took one pound and they provide some tips to keep the AC unit running efficiently.

HVAC Guys were great.
We were having an issue that another company didnt diagnose correctly. HVAC Guys came out and diagnosed.the issues correctly and had my furnace working within 15 hours.

HVAC Guy is the contractor my home warranty company sent out to do a pre-heating season tune-up/system check. The technician was very courteous, professional, showed me many photos of various components of my furnace, and was helpful.

Fixed my furnace twice and came back after hours to finish a tricky job. Very kind and helpful.

Update - came today to do my furnace tube up and they’re still great!

We were very pleased to have Raushan come today to service our AC unit. We found it was not cooling our home and needed attention. They came within 90 mins of our call, were very knowledgeable and quick as they diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate on the part replacement, checked the filter and added some coolant. HVAC guy is a great company. I have been working with them for a few years. They are very reliable, cost conscious and provide a fast service. It is a company you can rely on. Raushan and his team are class act.
