Santiago arrived a few days later in his personal vehicle, adhering to health and safety guidelines by wearing a mask. He was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions. He pointed out a worn-out contractor on the AC unit that would need replacing soon and suggested that the main blower fan wheel inside the garage needed cleaning and degreasing. After discussing the costs and time involved, we agreed to schedule the additional work for the following Saturday. Santiago sent over the receipt for the service special later that day. He reassured me our appointment was confirmed and even sent a reminder for the day, which I appreciated. Although it seemed a tad expensive, I understood that quality work often comes with a higher price tag. I received a reminder email about our appointment the next day and looked forward to seeing Santiago again. We even discussed the possibility of him doing a bigger HVAC job for us, and he agreed to provide a quote when he returned. Our appointment was scheduled for between 11am to 1pm. When it was 3pm, and Santiago hadn't shown up, I began to worry. I left a message at 4pm, inquiring about the missed appointment. It was such a beautiful day, and we could have spent it outside instead of waiting for our appointment. I have since reached out multiple times, but haven't received a response. We were really keen on supporting a small business and Santiago seemed like a trustworthy guy. I was disappointed with the missed appointment and lack of communication, but I genuinely hope that everything is okay with Santiago and his family.

They treated us with utmost care and even installed a modern smart thermostat that is Wi-Fi ready. Throughout the 16 years, we've consistently received exceptional service, knowing our system was always in skilled hands. Blake has been our go-to technician for the last 7 years, and we wouldn't want anyone else to handle our HVAC needs. His meticulous attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set him apart; he has an impressive understanding of HVAC systems. PerfectTemp has once again provided us with excellent care, showcasing their commitment to customers and the strong work ethic shared by the entire team. We are grateful for Blake's dedication in looking after us, and we hope this new system serves us well for another 16 years under his expert care! i can't say enough good things about perfecttemp heating, air & electric. our ac stopped working last night in highlands ranch, and even though we got it to work for a little bit, it went out again overnight. i sent a text this morning and santiago showed up right on time, just like he promised. he checked out our ac system, figured out what was wrong, and let us know he would order the new part and come back to finish the repair as soon as it comes in. he explained what he was doing and added freon to help us stay cool until the part arrives, making sure we knew exactly how much he put in. the price was really fair—better than anyone else we called. i would definitely recommend getting your ac fixed or serviced here. already told some of my neighbors about it. really appreciate the great service!

Blake suggested a solution that fit our needs, recommending mini-split systems for two upstairs bedrooms instead of a costly system we didn’t need. He also said we didn’t have to replace our fairly new air conditioner. The mini-splits work amazingly well—just a few nights in and I’m already very happy with how cool the rooms are. We also got a new furnace, humidifier, and an air purifier installed. The difference in air quality is noticeable, with better humidity and fresher air. Even though our project was big and took a little longer, Blake and his team were always on time and quick to answer any questions by phone, text, or email. He made sure everything was running smoothly before he left, including checking the refrigerant. Over the years, we’ve only needed routine tune-ups and have had no other issues. The service has always been reliable and honest.
