Not Recommended. Desert Rose was assigned to my service request through a home warranty provider. Upon arrival, the technician (who is also the owner) immediately expressed frustration that the A/C unit was roof-mounted — despite us having discussed this detail over the phone prior to the appointment.

The inspection lasted less than 30 minutes, with minimal interaction with the system. He ultimately reported the issue to my home warranty provider as “pre-existing,” even though the unit had been operational just days before. Following his call to the home warranty company, he departed my property very abruptly.

I also inquired about a quote for a replacement unit outside of warranty coverage. Without asking for any specifics about the home or system, he gave a blanket estimate of $25,000.

Overall, I found the experience disappointing and unproductive. The handling of the service call set back my ability to address the issue through my home warranty and left me without a viable path forward.

Desert Rose was dispatched by my warranty company when my heater was red tagged for a gas leak. They showed up promptly, were able to fix the issue within a couple of hours, and were very informative at the same time!

Trustworthy heating and cooling service with skilled professionals. They quickly fixed my furnace and ensured it was running properly. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair, and they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. I will definitely hire them again.
