These guys were a life saver! They responded quickly when our furnace went out. They were honest, hardworking, and super knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad we found them after getting a few bids to replace our furnace. They were priced super well compared to other competitors and did awesome work, walking us through everything and making sure we were satisfied once finished. Wish more people did business like them. I had been fighting AC problems last couple years and had 3 or 4 different service calls, always younger people who seemed knowledgeable but couldn't really pin down problem. Called Isaac at N&B because he was close and had good reviews and expected another kid. But Isaac came and his many years of experience showed. He gave me a clear description of problem, gave me a quote, and came back same day to fix. My AC hasn't worked this well for a few years.
I also requested a quote for air and furnace replacement and it was very competitive had I chosen to go that route, but I should now be able to put that off for a while. THANKS!

Isaac was amazing. I called late on a Friday night and found time to fit me in at 7pm. We ended up having problems with the homeowner approving the amount of the repair. Isaac gave me his number and said to call if something changed. 10 mins after he left the amount got approved, I messaged Isaac and he got us in at 8am the next morning.

He was no professional and knowledgeable it was a great experience compared to what I was getting.

Chris is awesome, nice, knowledgeable, and fast! Our AC broke during the recent heatwave and he was able to come within an hour and it was all fixed within 30 minutes. He was transparent with pricing and let us know if the fix didn't work, we didn’t pay. 100% will use him again.

My Furnace broke this winter on a Monday evening. I got 3 quotes & his was the most reasonable. The other two quotes felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman.

Chris and Derek did a Thanksgiving AM install in about 2 hrs-new furnace and thermostat.Called Wed, same day service call and next day install-great to work with a family business.

Chris came out the same day to check why our furnace wasn’t working and quickly solve the issue. Excellent, fast service! We’ll definitely be using him and his team again for our future needs.

Can’t say enough good things about Chris and his team. Came out on Thanksgiving day and fixed my furnace at a very reasonable price. What highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. I will definitely call them when I need a new furnace.

Chris and team were super easy to work with, and came out for a Sunday emergency (furnace not working with freezing temps). Was able to get the unit fixed next day after parts arrived in order to hold off on replacement for a little while longer.
