I used ServePro after I woke up to a complete mess when a sewer line backed up into my finished basement and caused major damage to our carpet, bathroom and walls. Mario came out right away on a Saturday and helped get the process moving.

Dominic at ServPro was wonderful to work with. He responded to flooding in our house in the early hours of the morning and walked us through the whole process. Even though he wasn’t our main contact for the rest of mitigation, he was super responsive and helpful for us navigating this unfortunate event.

Thank you servpro for cleaning out one of our apartments. They did an exceptional job in getting a contaminated apartment cleared out and cleaned like new. They took great pride in their work and were very professional and courteous.

Woke up with our house flooded. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was quickly dried with no damage.

Tuesday, we had a major leak from our upstairs bathroom down into the room below it. Our insurance company called Servpro for their water damage mitigation services. Shaun called me promptly who was very kind and attentive during the call.

Everyone on the Servpro was was very professional and efficient. They did a great job of explaining the equipment placed in service along with other tasks that needed to be completed during the mitigation services. Thank you gentlemen.

We’ve used Servpro three times now for different leaks. Each time they have provided 5 star service, but Braylen really went above and beyond for our most recent one.

TLC did an amazing job on our sidewalk, back patio and backyard landscaping. We are also looking into possibly getting a Pergola to complete our backyard too!

Nancy and her team were great to work with. They did a great job with our hardscape project. I would highly recommend them.

TLC did a great job on my small side yard-they really know how to create an outdoor space that is functional and visually appealing. I will be asking them back next spring to add a patio cover. I highly recommend their services.

TLC never got back to us after they said they would give us an estimate after visiting our property. When we called to follow up they said “sorry we haven’t gotten you the estimate, we will for sure have it by end of day tomorrow”.

We still never received a call back, and never got an estimate. It wasn’t the best experience.

I was not impressed with the outcome of this project. When meeting Jake he seemed like he knew what we asked for yet when the bid was given to us the design was not what we asked for. We then made a rendering with the exact work we wanted and how we wanted it to look but when the employees/workers came to do the work we had to stop them and tell them how we wanted everything done. They cut out a bush that we wanted to keep that was original to the house and the workers stated that Jake told them
to take it out. They stated that Jake never showed them a rendering of the work we wanted done.Then they were delayed by a day due to their Bobcat dying and also had to delay even longer because they didn’t have enough project material to finish the job due to the miscommunication between Jake and his workers. I had to reach out to Jake through the whole project and tell him all of the issues with no apologies or accountability yet when it came time to get paid he was constantly contacting me. I feel the communication between the owners the sales staff and laborers is extremely lacking. I also felt that they didn’t care about the customer, only getting paid. I had to miss a day of work due to the delay on their part to get the project done. I will never use this business again and I don’t recommend them. The end result was ok but not worth the price or horrible experience.

Luis and his team are phenomenal. Our narrow, little driveway was literally falling down the mountainside. They came up with a retaining wall solution that stabilized our steep lot, doubled our turnaround space and gave us a yard area with GORGEOUS stone stairs— all while protecting the old-growth trees on our property. Their care and consideration was above and beyond. I won’t even consider anyone else for our next project. TLC is our go-to.

We went with Tierra Landscape and Concrete after seeing their work first hand and wanted a similar designed pergola. Luis and the team were great with obtaining the permits, giving us the timelines and completing the construction on time. We're going to consider them for another project and would recommend to anyone else.

Initially the business was responsive and did complete most of the work requested after waiting several weeks with concrete molds in our yard. However; I cannot recommend this business because the concrete they poured has cracked within one month. They were responsive to our requests for touch-ups and additional work to be completed. We met with Nancy to discuss and thought we were on the track to get things settled however; we never heard back from Nancy to complete the job after several attempts. In addition, Nancy never showed up to meet with my neighbor after a referral had been given.

Tierra Landscape and Concrete landscaped our back yard on a new build. They were professional and caring.Throughout the project we were consistently kept in the loop on the project. The finished work was beautiful and high quality. We have since used TLC for our business. We couldn't have asked for more!

We chose TLC after getting multiple estimates for our backyard project. I was the acting general contractor and hired the sub-contractors. Tierra was responsible for landscape, concrete, hardscape and framing. They were very receptive to working with us on our design ideas and the other contractors. We experienced weather delays during the wet spring but it was never an excuse. They always showed up when expected and performed professionally. We are very happy with the quality of the work performed. Skilled stone masons, laborers and the carpenter completed our project on time and on budget. I recommend TLC for any of your landscape or concrete needs. I especially appreciate the communication with the owners wife, Nancy. She kept us informed of their schedule and worked with us and coordinating our project.

We loved working with TLC last summer. They were so knowledgeable and helpful in transforming our backyard!

- Extended our concrete spaces, matching the existing concrete
- Installed turf
- Built a sizeable covered pergola (corrugated metal)
- Built a smaller uncovered pergola

The work was seamless, the teams worked hard, and Nancy constantly communicated, providing updates and timelines.

We're delighted with how everything turned out and wouldn't change a thing.

TLC did our landscaping for our new build, poured a concrete patio, added sprinklers and sod and rocked around the border. Nancy was very communicative and suggested better ideas to make sure accurate grading was achieved. They know what they’re doing and you absolutely get what you pay for with them.
