SERVPRO pf Lakewood contacted us in a timely manner, assessed the situation and provided outstanding service. They did what they said they would. I am happy to give them 5 stars.

I had the opportunity to work with this branch for a water leak under my sink that flooded my basement. Most of my experience with Each employee, and the owners was professional , timely and thorough. However one male individual, whom I reported to my insurance company and the owner Christine, was extremely unprofessional and completely out of line in his communication. That experience overshadowed the efforts of the others in the company. The individual was obviously stressed on a Monday morning, communicated that the crew would be at my home to tear out my wood floors at 10 am. I informed previous employees I was unavailable during that time . I also was never communicated with that tearing out the floors was going to be scheduled. When I informed him of this he stated “settle down” . That was a huge mistake and revealed the lack of maturity and professionalism . The company dismissed the incident. I would not use this branch for this reason alone. It could have been handled more efficiently and professionally.

I had a leak under my sink that I was unaware of for some time. The smell is what finally alerted me to it...which meant mold was already growing. I called SERVPRO of Lakewood and they were over within a few hours of my call. They quickly assessed the damage and was able to dry the water and clean the mold on the spot. The whole team was very responsive, professional, and kind. Thank you Todd, Christine, and crew!

When the company we originally hired failed to show up for several days we contacted Servpro of Golden. They were at our door within 20 minutes to assess our situation. From that moment it seemed like we were their only customers and were their top priority.

Mihailo, the lead tech, and his team of Danny, Jesus, John, and Issac worked extremely diligently to remove all of wet things from our basement. They packed boxes, hauled them and furniture up stairs and packed them into a trailer for safe keeping. They were hard working, very professional, and respectful of us and our belongings. Mihailo made sure to explain every step they were taking and why. He has a vast knowledge as to the why and how the process works. They were also fun guys to be around and helped make a horrible situation seem not so bad.

Once they finished getting the things out of the basement fans were left to dry out the moisture. They continued to check in daily to make sure things were progressing as they should be.

We would recommend Servpro of Golden and their fabulous team a thousand times over. Thanks again for turning a terrible situation into one that was handled very professionally.

I was extremely impressed by ServPro service. Steve, Milo, and team did an outstanding job when we had standing water in our crawl space. Steve went above and beyond helping identify the source of the water, which was a leaking irrigation system. He also recommended a plumber to fix our broken sump pump. This saved us money and removed most of the water. ServPro then did the final cleanup. Steve and team showed top notch knowledge and integrity. They have my highest recommendation, and I wouldn’t consider anyone else going forward.

Our basement flooded on a weekend due to a pipe break. Their first crew responded quickly. Within 3 days, the issue was resolved. I highly reccomend SERVPRO of Lakewood Colorado

I’m sure they are booked solid and they still have found the time, care and concern to do a great job, explain and ease our minds of the process.

I am impressed by their efficiency and true concern for addressing the problem as well and confirming we understand what everything meant.

They advocate to the insurance company and this was so much smoother than I imagined it would be.

So raises all around should happen!! I definitely would recommend them every time. Ps, lemon grass was a nice scent used instead of an Intolerable chemical smell.

When our 60 gallon fish tank cracked open on a Saturday morning during quarantine and poured water into our hardwood floors and settled into our basement ceiling we knew we needed ServPro. And what we got was a fast response, professional employees and overall a job done remarkably well. Would definitely recommend Gerald and Dillon, they were amazing. And we are so very thankful for the job that they did!

I called at 7:30 pm and had guys onsite in under an hour helping to clean up the water in our finished basement. Milo was absolutely awesome to deal with and always had a positive attitude. Because of their professionalism, we were confident everything would be handled correctly. Milo stayed in touch every step of the way and made sure things were going as smoothly as possible! He always checked in and worked with our schedule to get things taken care of quickly and correctly! I can’t recommend them and Milo more! I had a great experience with Servpro and can’t thank Milo enough!

DO NOT USE: Wish I could do negative stars. They sent me someone else's invoice and wanted me to pay their invoice that was triple my amount. They stick one item per box and then charge you for boxes. They over charge, and tried to charged me an additional $5 thousand after they settled with my insurance company. They damage your clothes and claim they have cleaned everything. I had to get a new couch, clothes and kitchen supplies as they were not clean and still stunk.
