They turned down the job. Declined to even do an estimate. Went with another company.

I wouldn’t call anyone else. The owner, Taylor, is so professional and has great customer service.

American Restoration is very easy to work with. When disaster hits there's enough to worry about. Getting things done shouldn't be one of them. They take care of you!

I have worked with American Restorations for years. Taylor is easy to get ahold of and very responsive and his crews do very good work. I never hesitate sending people this direction.

I do not recommend. They do shotty work and then pad the bill. I had water damage in my laundry room and instead of doing things right the first time they charged me for a couple of days. The first day they were out they said they needed to remove the floor or it wouldn't dry. Two days later they come out and finally remove the floor and the next day it's dry! I'd say they wanted to leave their equipment so they could charge me their daily rates. They also charged for removal of the floor when I had to dispose of the flooring myself and I had to clean up the mess they made from removing the floor. Also, the baseboards they put in my garage with the nails facing upwards and my nine year old daughter stepped on a nail.

Terry and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and efficient. We had a major plumbing issue causing water damage to our home, and they made the entire mitigation process as easy as possible. I’d highly recommend these guys!

American Restoration, Inc has never let me down. I was out of town and was still able to get my water heater issue fixed! This is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone and will. I will not use anyone else for my business.

I am so grateful that I found Terry. Faced with a horrendous water leak that caused intense damage, it was overwhelming to say the least. Terry was open, honest, and transparent through the entire process. The insurance dropped the ball and I was able to work with him through the process of repairs without insurance to pay for them. He would explain to me what we could do to save money, etc and brought the cost down quite a bit. From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better company or person to work with. My home looks great, probably better than when I bought it in 2017. Would recommend this company for anyone that is faced with overwhelming damage to their property.

Last winter we had a water line freeze and break while no one was home. When we discovered the problem our house was flooded. Within 45 minutes of calling Taylor and his crew were there and working.
American Restoration did a great job of restoring our home. They worked well with us and our insurance company.

We used Taylor when our basement flooded last summer. Everyone else was days out just for an estimate, meanwhile my basement was a few inches under water for 4+ days. Taylor and his crew was able to come that day to get the water out and immediately removed carpet, pad, floor boards and cut 18 inches up of drywall and get fans going which kept me from having a major mold problem.

I have also called on Taylor twice since moving to a new house and he was kind enough to make time to come that day to look at a possible water problem. In both cases he referred me to someone he has worked with and both times he put me in touch with very good, honest and fair companies.

We had some terrible damage from two broken water pipes and American Restoration handled our project with complete professionalism. They did a great job helping us clean up the damage and then quickly helped restore and replace everything back to it's original state. They were the primary communicators with our insurance agency and got almost the whole job covered for us. They even suggested and implemented additional insulation to help prevent this situation in the future. I enjoyed working with Taylor and his team and would highly recommend them.

Our Insurance Company recommended American Restoration . We were in Texas and were desperate for someone to help when our pipes burst in Conifer, Colorado. Taylor and Bill together with their team were Absolutely Amazing They were professional, First Class in everything and kept us up to date on every step and we could not have been recommended anyone better. I cannot praise them enough for their work. They went above and beyond our expectations, even meeting me and taking me to the property when I had to fly in from Texas. If it were possible I would definitely give them many many more STARS!

Taylor and his great team saved us when our basement flooded. He and his team took care of literally everything for us. He communicated well and was easy to work with, even when I was out of town for much of the time that repairs took place. I also asked him if he could remodel our small bathroom that was also flooded because it was kind of pointless to repair damage in a very outdated little bathroom. His team did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased. They even removed and disposed of all old fixtures and damaged items and cleaned the carpets until the whole basement looked MUCH better than it did previously. I’d hire them all again in an instant.

American Restoration was great to work with on our new build! We heard so many horror stories about how stressful building a new home is, but working with AR was smooth and stress-free. And we love our home. Thank you, Taylor and crew!
