I called Spectrum to see if they serviced the Elizabeth Colorado area and they do. Which is great because it’s hard to find quality carpet care companies anyways. Christian and the guys were great. They were professional and did a professional job today. Will recommend and do business with again as necessary.

I have had carpet cleanings before when the stain reappears the next day. Well it has been a week now since Spectrum cleaned my carpets and they still look great, without a single stain reappearance! They got out many, many pet stains, old and new. The two man crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Spectrum!

I highly recommend this company! We first used them for carpet and upholstery cleaning, then soon after for water damage due to a frozen pipe. Justin, the owner, is very personable and makes you feel like you’re his top priority. When Justin wasn’t available, Matt would take over and was great to work with as well. They definitely take pride in this business and strive to be the best. Thanks again for everything!

We were really happy with Our carpet cleaning. They kept us very informed and up to date with great communication before, during, and after the cleaning. Grant was really nice and helpful and he did a great job cleaning our carpets. He worked really hard and appreciate the job he did!

Agent on the phone when I called was very helpful and informative. Was able to schedule within a few days which was wonderful. Two cleaning professionals came to clean our carpets and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend spectrum restoration for any carpet cleaning.

After the carpet was fully dry the next day, we could see where there was still residue from the application of Carpet Guard. I called them and they sent 2 cleaning professionals that day, and used a carpet scrubber to remove the residue.

Spectrum did our whole house spring carpet cleaning today. They were running late owing to a situation which was not their fault at all. They called and let us know what their new ETA was. We have a lot of pets and a cat that pees in a particular closet if she can sneak in there. This is a smell that is nearly impossible to remove and we did not have high hopes. We had done the carpets in fall with a dry method that turned out to be a waste of money. Their cleaning was very thorough and far superior. To my absolute surprise they were able to get the cat smell out of the closet. I found a couple weird spots after they were gone and the technician was back out as fast as he could get here. We never determined what the spots were from but they came out immediately with a clean dry towel and the technician even offered to hook up his hoses again which wasn't necessary but very kind. Great service and great work! We will be using them from now on.

Nathan from Spectrum Cleaning & Restoration did a fantastic job on our mold mitigation. He was professional and took the time to explain every step of the process as well as the timeline for his work. He did a fantastic job and was professional and thoughtful throughout. We had quite the shock finding a huge mold issue in a house we hadn't even moved into yet but luckily Spectrum was recommended to us and they did an excellent job. It was great to work with Nathan at our house and Matt and Kelsey in their office during such a stressful and challenging time. I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration we were afforded by this company and I highly recommend them.

I have used various carpet cleaners throughout the years, but when I had Spectrum clean mycarpets for the first time a couple of years ago I knew I would never use anyone else. Every time they clean, it is excellent in every way. The person cleaning has always been polite, professional and thorough. The cleaning agents used on my carpet do such a great job, it looks new again. And the price is right! Okay, it's a little more than the cheapest company out there, but you get so much more with Spectrum. I probably shouldn't say this, but every time Spectrum cleans my carpets, they always throw in some extras, free of charge . Michael, the technician that did the cleaning today, was superb. I don't think I've ever seen anyone clean carpets so thoroughly. And he was so polite and friendly . You could tell he really cared about doing a good job .That is so rare today . Thanks Spectrum!

We actually found these guys online and once we spoke with them, we felt immediately at ease with regards to their accommodation and professionalism. Once we set a date, they kept the lines of communication open as their window of arrival approached. They arrived promptly within the window they promised and immediately got to work. The two-person team (a young man and young woman) were very friendly and they worked diligently to clean our carpets.

We moved into our house a little over a year ago and the previous owner had pets that were clearly not monitored well. We also have two dogs (one is a 5-month old puppy) and despite our best efforts, there were indeed some accidents that made their way to our carpets. Nonetheless, with Spectrum's Pet and Deep Cleaning Treatment our carpets were literally like new again. When they finished (just under 2 hours for 5 rooms) my wife and I were literally astounded with the cleanliness of the carpets. You would have thought we just installed them.

We are very pleased and our only regret is that we didn't call Spectrum sooner. It was an incredible service for a great price. If we ever need carpet cleaning again, we absolutely will have no hesitation calling Spectrum.

This is the first time we used Spectrum as I feel that steam cleaning is more effective on our carpets. We had a scheduling issue and Spectrum sent a team to work late on a Friday night to get our carpets cleaned. The team he sent were amazing! They work efficiently, were super nice and did an amazing job. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Laguna remodeled my pool, replastered and new accent tile. After that it was like pulling teeth to get them to do shutdown and re-open the next year. They opened this year but no one responded via email or returned calls to do shutdown. Disappointed.

AWESOME Experience with Jason and Jose, the owner's of Laguna Pools. They created an amazing modern water feature and provided excellent customer service and training! Highly recommend.
