They did such a great job cleaning and sealing the grout and tile in our office building's restrooms. Looks better than new! Saved us from the mess and money in replacing tile. Highly recommend their work!

Their team was friendly and worked well together to ensure that I wasn't having to explain the situation to different representatives more than once. They also were great in keeping communication lines open, which can often be an issue due to the rate at which Denver is growing and the amount of contract workers that are available. I needed vapor barrier replaced in my crawl space. Spectrum Cleaning and Restoration was quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and competitively priced. I’m very pleased with the work they did. My only request would have been that the surface be wiped down a bit when they finished since I also use it for storage. Still I would call on them again in a heartbeat!

I had Spectrum clean my carpets then couch since I’ve been in my new house for a year. Both the carpet and the couch looked like new. We will be using Spectrum twice a year ! Justin worked with us and hopefully he can come out again.

I would highly recommend Spectrum! They do an incredible, thorough job! Our carpets have never been cleaner. They were extremely professional, prompt and very friendly.

True North came out ultimately as the cheaper option for my restoration project related to water damage, but it took a long time to get the work completed. They also left a few things not finished but would not return my calls after I paid them. Lastly, I am still trying to get them to send me a detailed invoice of the cost of materials and labor to send to my insurance company, but they will not send me anything or return my calls. Don't pay them until you get everything you need from them.

Excellent service! Great communication! They were on time, polite, and most importantly made our white carpet look new! I would definitely use them again, and I have been referring them to friends and family!

The whole experience was great and very easy. I scheduled my appointment online. It was incredibly easy, providing all of the packages they offer. I received a confirmation email shortly after booking. Up until the actual appointment, I received a reminder email and a couple of texts telling the service details and the service provider’s name. I was given a two hour arrival window between 2pm and 4pm. At 1:29 I got another text saying the provider was en route and arrived shortly thereafter.
I showed the provider the area and he set to work quickly pre-treating spots. The whole process took about an hour and looks great! I’d definitely recommend Spectrum.

We used True North after a bursted pipe in December. We were SO happy with their services. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and did great work for mold and water damage. They didn’t do the best job at propping up our counters but did come out to try it again. Still wasn’t the best propping but great experience otherwise.

True North Restoration did a great job cleaning up the flood in my basement bathroom. A pipe had burst and flooded the area and because it was in the basement it made a huge mess before anybody noticed it was flooding. When I found out I thought that a lot of damage was happening. I called True North and they arrived at my home right away and were very nice and easy to talk to. They took care of everything and did excellent work.

Our last experience with this company was horrible! The technician who came showed up an hour early than we had asked and sat around the whole time while we moved everything. He had horrible hygiene, smelled of marijuana which stunk up our entire office and spent very little time actually cleaning our carpets throughout. Instead of starting when we asked he decided to quickly go over carpets with the cleaner while we still were open and had clients in office. He left major stains and completely ignored 2 rooms that we had scheduled him to clean. He just wanted to get out of here as quickly as possible and did not even check to see if we were satisfied before he bolted out the door, leaving the job completely unfinished; very unprofessional throughout the entire process. The customer service has really plummeted since we first used Spectrum last year. We will be finding another company from now on.

Great company! These guys clearly know what they are doing. Their customer service is excellent and they are top notch when it comes to getting things done. We had an extremely flooded basement and Matt was an absolute wizard at helping us out. His knowledge and acumen played a key role in our basement being rejuvenated. I highly recommend their services!

Great job on cleaning the carpet, even high traffic areas. I checked on it after it dried, and it looks even better than I thought. I think my cleaning guy was Grant, and he really was professional, answered all my questions, and was thorough. I will use Spectrum again as he suggested.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I can’t say enough about them. They were extremely professional, trustworthy. efficient, timely, and knowledgeable. Our sump pump failed and had water damage in the basement. They were responsive and took great care of us. Each day, they showed up on time and explained everything they were doing. Their supervisor Fernando came in to check on the work and answered any questions we had. If you need to hire a company for water damage, Covid-19 disinfection, remove asbestos or mold, or treat the effects of smoke, heat and residues by fire, caused by fire they’re your guys!

Matt was super helpful and got a tech out to our home the next day (a Saturday) to fix our carpet. We appreciate the quick and friendly service! Nate did a great job! The problem areas look way better than I expected.
