add this company to your list of unreliable and unprofessional pool companies in the denver area. have been emailing since mid april to set up opening and servicing our small residential pool. their only availability was late may so i took it. now, one day before the opening, i called to double (triple) check that they were coming (after going back and forth via email) and they don't have me on their list to open the pool nor can they service the pool this summer. what an absolute waste of time.

David and his team are professional, timely, and do an excellent job. I will definitely go back to Laguna for my future pool service needs.

Finally..... a pool company that does what they say and does a great job with our pool! The original pool company that built our pool was constantly adding chemicals and showing up with new people who never knew how to actually service and balance our pool.

After three years of frustration, we are so lucky to have come across Laguna Pools (from their instagram) and met David Juarez the service manager. He and his team are very knowledgeable about our pool/system and have taken the extra time and care to make sure we enjoy our pool. Our pool is always clean, never excessive chemicals, and never an alert from the app. Thank you David and team for providing great customer service so that we can truly enjoy our pool.

We had a great experience with Laguna Pools. Last fall we scheduled an appointment to replace our heater that was under warranty with David. They called promptly this spring to schedule the appointment. The crew came out on time and replaced the heater in great time. We were very pleased with their quality of work and professionalism. We will definitely use them again.

Very unhappy with their complete lack of communication. I've called three times and have pleaded for help with my inspection. They've not returned our calls nor requests to email the report. Now, we are close to a due date with the Fire Marshall, thanks to Beyond.
