Daniel and Milo did a great job restoring a room that had water damage. They were very professional, efficient, reliable and communicated well. They were also very nice, pleasant people.

Can't say enough about this company! Mike Humin was the utmost professional when our basement flooded. He explained the process thoroughly, was very knowledgeable and reassuring. His co workers John and Ross were very polite and thorough as well. You can believe them when they say, "Like it never happened".

They didn't specify cost of services before providing them, didn't provide detailed invoice until two months after services were rendered, and requested immediate payment with threat of lien on home at time invoice was provided.

Their excuse for not disclosing costs upfront was that their services were related to emergency services and a home insurance claim. Furthermore, they waited several weeks after insurance claim was denied to mention we owed for their services and asked for immediate payment on first notice.

No reasonable payment plan was provided for the expensive service. While they offered two payments, they had to both be made in two weeks time frame from invoice being serviced or else face threat of lein. The notice of the lein was not given until a week prior to application of the lein.

SERVPRO cleaned my parents carpet in their new home upon moving in. Their team was easy to schedule with and were fast and friendly. We were impressed with how clean the carpets turned out and they felt so much more comfortable moving in. Thank you to the entire team.

SERVPRO went beyond our expectations! They were there in about an hour and started right away with water clean up. They kept everything so calm—from our exceptional case lead to the gentlemen who cleaned up, dried up, and put everything back the way it was before the flood of water. Professionals all. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 20!

Mike Humin and his team from the Golden office helped us over the entire Memorial Holiday weekend. Even the owner of the business came on Memorial Day to check the generator!!! Our elderly father was alone and the staff treated him with respect and kindness. The entire time the staff was responsive and helpful. These guys were 100% on top of it. They dried out my condo after my dishwasher leaked. Very fast response time, and extremely thorough. Amazing professionalism, skill, and quality of work. I would absolutely recommend them all day every day.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Milo came over a couple hours after my basement flooded and he handled everything perfectly. In a couple of days everything is almost completely dry. What was a nightmare turned out to be not nearly as bad and I owe that to Servpro and especially Milo.
