Could not recommend Spectrum more highly! I was overwhelmed by the whole insurance claim process but Leighton from the Northern Colorado office made the whole thing so easy and took care of everything. He worked with me and my insurance and took care of the damage in my home with complete professionalism. These guys do it all from start to finish and they treat you like a real person, not just another job. I hope I don't have to but I'll use Spectrum in a heartbeat in the future and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!

They had quoted repairs to be made to the seller of my home to be completed as part of the deal. When they came they said they “found more” again. Was supposed to be rectified in the deal. Not to mention. They left my house a complete disaster. Kitchen torn apart . Left dust and debris everywhere. Pulled vent covers. Filled with debris from their “removal” doesn’t seem well removed if have of the molded material was left in the house and my vents. Was not my choice to use them as, again. Was part of my deal. But I would absolutely, never, ever, recommend them.

These guys were great! They were ahead of schedule, moved the furniture around as necessary, and have these carpets looking like new. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service and professionalism. Well done!

Spectrum was great from start to finish. They helped me coordinate between the plumber and the remodeler. They spend as much time as I needed to explain things to me and make sure that the coordination was going smoothly. They also worked with my insurance company so that I got the proper reimbursement. Hopefully I will not need to use them again but if I did they would be the ones I call.

I've been using Spectrum Cleaning for my property management Company Tri Home Life, LLC. They have handled numerous cleans for me and the carpets come out great. Even when I thought they might not. What I really appreciate is the communication with them. They are quick to respond and take care of things for me. Thanks!

Had 2 rugs cleaned by Spectrum and they came out great. Had talked to Matt just before COVID started and then it hit and he was great in communicating and once things settled down a bit they came by and picked up the rugs, cleaned them and delivered them back. Very happy with the service

I have used Spectrum for years and certainly will continue to do so!. They are 3M approved carpet cleaners and meet the requirements to keep my warranty in place from the carpet manufacturer. They do a great job and the technicians have always been professional and courteous.

Very impressed. Will definitely use Spectrum again. Carpet and area rug look brand new. Nathan did an amazing job. He showed up right on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. Look forward to working with this company in the future.

Kelly, one of the owner's of Spectrum Cleaning and Restoration just left our home after cleaning our carpet. She did a great job, the carpet looks so much better. We have a special needs dog and he has had several accidents in the house, even though I shampooed them several times with my own shampooer I could not get rid of the stains. She got all of that cleaned up and also got rid of the old wine stains in the living room as well and our carpet is a light beige, builder grade carpet. She is very clean cut, very professional and not pushy at all. We will definitely use them again, when the time comes.

The employee was on time and very courteous. He was done quickly and our carpets look much better. He was careful to check the materials of our carpets, and let me know that one was not safe for them to clean due to the silk content of the fibers. We greatly appreciated that info. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

First I want to mention,..I loved that a text was sent with a picture of the technician they were sending to clean my carpets. Christian did a great job. He was polite and very conscientious about making sure he didn’t bang his equipment against my walls and baseboards. Matt was very accommodating to set up cleaning on my ‘last minute’ schedule, as I was hoping to have carpets cleaned before company arrived.
Even in CO I would give 36-48 hours for the carpets to dry thoroughly before moving furniture back into place.

Spectrum was so great to work with! They were easy to schedule and did a stellar job on our carpets when we were moving out of the house we were renting. Definitely should be your go to carpet, flood and mold restoration company!

The tech arrived more than 1/2 hour after the end of the 2 hour “window” I had been given. (He did call me right before the end of that window to tell me he was running late.). I had moved most of the furniture but the beds out of each room so there were no obstacles to the cleaning, and my carpets were what I would call lightly soiled with a few light stains. He first used a spray wand of cleaner, kind of haphazardly, and then made a single pass with the shampooing wand. When I pointed out to him the dirty spots that didn’t look clean, he was nice about going back over them, but only after I asked. And, obviously, I couldn’t walk into the rooms with wet carpet to check his work. In total, he was at my house for about an hour and a half, and about 2/3 of that time was spend hauling his equipment from the truck, from room to room and back to the truck. I am sure that he spent less than 1/2 hour actually shampooing my carpets (in 4 rooms). You can tell. They are slightly cleaner than they were, but if it weren’t for the lines the machine makes in the carpet, you wouldn’t know he had been here. I used Spectrum because I had a groupon, and I like the idea of greener cleaning. I won’t use them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them. I feel like I wasted my money.

It was a pleasure to work with Spectrum on our mold removal. Communication was easy with great response times. All workers were courteous, timely and respectful of the home. They were sure to say goodbye to "fill me in" on their work and what to expect next. Workmanship was excellent. I would use them again.

Each person we've dealt with at Spectrum has been extremely professional and kind. They stand behind their work. Our dog had an accident last year and it was a very tough stain to get out and they kept coming back until it was made right. Even the owner came to help out. We hired them to come back this year for an annual cleaning and it was great work!

My experience was perfect. Mike the tech was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating.
Carpet results was more then I expected and I was throughly pleased.
Noteworthy: the dry time on the carpet was considerably shorter then I have experienced with other companies as well.

I thought that the team was very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job on my carpets and left them better than they started. Easy process to get them to my home and great customer service and response time. Matt and Justin took initiative to make sure we had every need met. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I have to preface here with, I used to clean carpets for a living. In fact, I used to be a manager for that company that oversaw the cleaning operations. That's said, I was ready to be put off with something from my service. Not because I felt like Spectrum would inherently do a poor job, but because I have a critical eye. I couldnt find anything to be upset with. From the communication, to Garrett being competent, clean and efficient, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend their services.

Fernando arrived a little early (great) and got right to work. I have never had a carpet cleaning professional take so much time and extra care cleaning the carpet and area rug. Other cleaners were in and out of my condo in 30 minutes. Fernando made sure everything was spotless and took nearly 2 hours doing it right. Highly recommend this company and will use them again.
