Truly amazing. Nick knows exactly what he’s doing, does excellent and detailed work, and is honest and incredibly fairly priced. I’m selfishly a little sad that everyone is going to find out about him now!! Nick has done super detailed interior work (such as perfectly placing recessed lights in my basement) and more serious upgrade work (such as upgrading my electrical panel). In both cases, everything was perfect. Plus he is a pleasure to be around!

This is my go-to for electrical supplies and they are great.

As electrical contractors, we called in to look for a part. The manager/president, Lyn, told us the part does not exist (even though we had just ordered the same part from somewhere else and just needed an additional one). We explained this to him and he hung up on us. We called back and he refused to answer so we had called on a different number. He yelled at us to "F*** off" and never call again, and included a lot of extremely disrespectful profanity. The way Lyn treats his customers is highly unprofessional and shows in his business. Aside from that, his knowledge of the electrical world is lacking and he does not have the correct information to help his customers efficiently. We were going to start a credit account, but because of this, we will be declining them thousands of dollars worth of business. We will not shop here ever again and highly recommend no one else does. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Matthias arrived at 2:00 sharp— unheard of! I showed him exactly what I needed, which was an outdoor plug -he needed to add a new breaker in our panel in order to do that. We had to move away a lot of things in my garage. After we created a plan, he executed it perfectly and then to my surprise he alone put everything back in the exact place. The technician told me what he thought the issue might be, but we also talked about other scenarios as well, before he got started with the diagnostics. He kept me informed every step of the way. Luckily, the issue ended up being what he thought had happened and within an hour, he finished the work.
