Next Level Pros came out to install can lighting in 2 rooms. They were easy to work with to get an estimate and scheduled. The electrician was prompt, professional, left no mess and did a great job. Would definitely use them again for future projects!

I had such a great experience with this electrical company! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and extremely reasonable with their pricing. Daniel, the young man who handled my service, was absolutely outstanding—he was knowledgeable, efficient, and truly on top of his game. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows exactly what they’re doing but also takes such pride in their work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This company is the absolute best. I had an emergency job that needed to fixed ASAP. They came out the next day and resolved the issue. Even when their schedule was full. I would highly recommend them for any electrical job big or small. If you use them you will not be disappointed in their expert work.

Did a great job! Came out the day I called to do an estimate on replacing the electrical panel. Showed up right on time the day we scheduled. Got all the work done as described and quoted. Excellent experience and will definitely have them back for any other electrical needs!

Dan came and helped us install a new doorbell where there was no existing wire. He came just 2 days after I called, provided a quote and did the work the same day. He was very helpful and professional. He explained the whole process and got the work done quickly. He cleaned up everything after himself. Very happy with the new doorbell!

Next Level was quick to respond, on time and did a thorough electrical inspection of the house. The electrician they sent was nice, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he broke fix suggestions into must-do, should-do and could-do categories. This made it easy for me to plan and budget for the work. No hard sell! The electrician that came to my house from Next Level Pros (“NLP”) was Mathias, and I couldn’t be happier with all of his work. I had three projects: mount a bracket above my fireplace and hard-wire and install my new 75” TV! NLP provided the bracket and Mathias did a wonderful job with the wiring and installation. The second job was to place a new chandelier in my living room, and third, to replace a chandelier in my dining room. He had great suggestions and was very helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and didn’t cut corners. It’s rare to find someone who actually takes pride in their work, but Angel definitely does. If you’re thinking about calling them—do it.

They were amazing. Scheduling was a breeze, they pulled permits, showed up as schedule & on time. Tristian was excellent, a few questions and he went to work. It’s nice knowing everything is done correctly and professionally. We paid online, which was easy and complete. I’d recommend them over & over. Besides, they support Veterans @ the company is female owned. And I like THAT!

Next Level Pros were absolutely spot on diagnosing electrical issues that I have been experiencing. They were quick in their response, coming to the house and managing potential fire hazards and planning for additional work. I value expertise and communication, and Next Level Pros proved this over and over. Highly recommend this company.

5 ceiling fans with lights were removed and replaced with new ones. They all work great and look good too. The installers took only 3 hours total to install them. 2 of the 5 were in a vaulted ceiling. 3 others were in bedrooms.

We used Next Level Pros to upgrade our electrical panel, install a plug for a kiln and install the electrical work for a hot tub. Matthias came and gave us a quote which was by far the most reasonable quote we received for the work! He and Dan also came to do the work only a few days later and did an excellent job. They were very respectful of our property. They had to trench a few holes in our drywall to have the ground reach the water shutoff and they were able to do so with ver little mess and were considerate in leaving everything so it could be easily patched. Matthias walked me through all of the work that was done and was very good to answer all of my questions. They even dealt with the permits for the work and Kaylene coordinated the final inspection with the city so that we wouldn’t have to. Absolutely would recommend and we will be using them for all future electrical work that we need done!

I have never written a Google Review before. I had to write one for Next Level on principle. Gold standard customer service, terrific pricing, and I am a lifer for this company after our amazing experience. will only ever use this team in the future for any electrical install, rewiring, or emergencies. By far the fastest response time of all the electricians in the area when we had an emergency scenario that needed fixing within 12 hours before we left town.

Kaylene, as the owner, came out within 20 minutes of discussing our scenario over the phone because her other techs were busy and she wanted to help me out because she listened to me and understood the reason for my urgency. I’ve had 2 other home emergencies related to non electrical items over the years when my boyfriend hasn’t been available to help, and inevitably I end up spending more time defending why it’s urgent to the people I’m trying to hire than they spend fixing it, often multiple times with several different people on the phone and again in person, and then when they arrive they unfortunately tend to talk my ear off patronizing me about not knowing enough about whatever plumbing issue/gas leak/water heater item needs fixing.

Kaylene could not have been more different. She listened to the issue over the phone, she got to our home to evaluate it efficiently, was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and ensured she understood the problem and our timeframe, and arranged for it to be entirely rewired at an amazing price.

She immediately diagnosed what was a complex electrical issue. She clearly explained everything to me in a way that was simple enough for me to understand with no experience in that specialty at all, confirmed a price quote which she honored, and heard the level of anxiety in my voice about fixing it asap (it was on a Friday, so most other companies told us Monday would be the earliest time we could get).

Our technician, Tristan, was absolutely lovely, super speedy, and walked us through what he was doing so we had more knowledge of how the circuitry works. He actually skipped his lunch to get to us instead of even having us wait a day, let alone until the next Monday. They ensured Tristan brought all the necessary equipment and even had a spa box on hand to replace our damaged one for us.

This is a company that truly lives by their values and cares about their customers. Cannot recommend more highly.

We recently hired Next Level Pros as part of our bathroom remodel, and Dan handled the electrical work. He relocated some wiring to make room for a recessed bathroom medicine cabinet, and the whole process went incredibly smoothly.
